Vegetables Stir-Fried with Garlic in Broth

Ingredients
- any green leafy vegetable (bok choy, napa cabbage, spinach, etc)
- garlic, minced
- ginger, minced (optional)
- salt to taste
- oil for stir-frying
To Prepare
- Wash and chop the vegetables
- Heat the oil on medium
- Add the vegetables and quickly stir
- When the leaves begin to wilt, add the garlic (and, optionally, ginger) and mix thoroughly
- Pour about a half-inch of water into the pan and allow to simmer, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes
