Vegetables Stir-Fried with Garlic in Broth

Ingredients

    • any green leafy vegetable (bok choy, napa cabbage, spinach, etc)
    • garlic, minced
    • ginger, minced (optional)
    • salt to taste
    • oil for stir-frying

To Prepare

    1. Wash and chop the vegetables
    2. Heat the oil on medium
    3. Add the vegetables and quickly stir
    4. When the leaves begin to wilt, add the garlic (and, optionally, ginger) and mix thoroughly
    5. Pour about a half-inch of water into the pan and allow to simmer, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes
