Pepperoni Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (24 count) Rhodes Texas Rolls
- pepperoni, sliced
- colby jack cheese (or any cheese of your choice), sliced
To Prepare
- Flatten each roll to roughly pancake size
- Place four slices of pepperoni on the roll, then a slice of cheese, then four more slices of pepperoni
- Roll, pressing the dough together at the sides and ends.
- Place seam side down on greased jellyroll pan
- Grease the top of the rolls
- Raise 2 hours on the kitchen counter
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Variation
- To make vegetarian rolls: replace the peperroni with a mixture of sautéed onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and spinach
