Ingredients
- 4 lbs confectioner’s sugar
- 1 lb butter
- 1 cup peanut butter (or coconut, or orange juice)
- ½ tsp salt
- white Karo syrup (or canned milk)
- 13 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 block paraffin (or white chocolate)
- pecans
To Prepare
- Knead together confectioner’s sugar, butter, peanut butter (or substitute), and salt
- Add Karo syrup (or canned milk) until consistency is correct and roll into balls
- Note: Someone will need to make this and clarify this step!
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate with paraffin (or white chocolate)
- Dip dough balls into melted chocolate and top with pecan pieces, cool on a wire rack
