Morning Glory Complete Feast Muffins

Dry Ingredients

• 1½ cups flour
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp mace
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ cup carrots
• ¼ cup coconut
• ¼ cup nuts
• ¼ cup raisins
• sugar or cinnamon-sugar for topping

Wet Ingredients

• 8 oz yogurt or ½ cup buttermilk
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup oil

To Prepare

1. Stir wet ingredients into dry (except for the topping)
2. Pour into muffin pan
3. Sprinkle with topping
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
