Peanut Butter Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 3½ cups confectioner’s sugar
• ¾ stick butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• peanut butter

To Prepare

1. Mix confectioner’s sugar, butter, and vanilla by hand
2. Place mixture on a sheet of waxed paper and place another sheet on top
3. Use a rolling pin to roll out the mixture and remove the waxed paper when done
4. Spread with peanut butter, chill
5. Slice into strips and roll into pinwheels
