Peanut Butter Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 3½ cups confectioner’s sugar
- ¾ stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- peanut butter
To Prepare
- Mix confectioner’s sugar, butter, and vanilla by hand
- Place mixture on a sheet of waxed paper and place another sheet on top
- Use a rolling pin to roll out the mixture and remove the waxed paper when done
- Spread with peanut butter, chill
- Slice into strips and roll into pinwheels
