Ingredients
- Prepared Pecel Salad Paste
- Napa cabbage, chopped
- Green beans, strung
- Water spinach, chopped
- Mung bean sprouts
- Roasted peanuts
- Eggs, hard-boiled and quartered
- Tofu, cubed
- Beef/pork/chicken, sliced or ground (optional)
Note: Most any vegetable (particularly green vegetable) can be used in addition to what is listed above.
To Prepare
- Steam or boil all the vegetables (except the sprouts - leave them raw)
- Sautée the tofu and/or meat
- Follow the Pecel Salad Paste serving instructions to make the paste into a sauce
- Thoroughly mix the vegetables, tofu / meat, eggs, and sauce
- Garnish with roasted peanuts and mung bean sprouts
