Ingredients

Note: Most any vegetable (particularly green vegetable) can be used in addition to what is listed above.

To Prepare

    1. Steam or boil all the vegetables (except the sprouts - leave them raw)
    2. Sautée the tofu and/or meat
    3. Follow the Pecel Salad Paste serving instructions to make the paste into a sauce
    4. Thoroughly mix the vegetables, tofu / meat, eggs, and sauce
    5. Garnish with roasted peanuts and mung bean sprouts
