Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

    • 2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    • 4 oz Velvetta cheese, cubed
    • 1 stick of margarine, melted
    • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

To Prepare

    1. Mix melted margarine and crackers
    2. Grease a 2 quart casserole pan, add broccoli and chees
    3. Blend in ¾ of the cracker mixture, place the remaining crackers on top of the casserole
    4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
