Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 4 oz Velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1 stick of margarine, melted
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
To Prepare
- Mix melted margarine and crackers
- Grease a 2 quart casserole pan, add broccoli and chees
- Blend in ¾ of the cracker mixture, place the remaining crackers on top of the casserole
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
