Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
    • milk (or soy milk)

To Prepare

    1. Crack the egg into a single rice bowl and beat it with the sugar until blended
    2. Fill the rest of the bowl with milk
    3. Place wax / parchment paper on top and cover with a plate
    4. Steam for 12-15 minutes on high heat
