Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
- milk (or soy milk)
To Prepare
- Crack the egg into a single rice bowl and beat it with the sugar until blended
- Fill the rest of the bowl with milk
- Place wax / parchment paper on top and cover with a plate
- Steam for 12-15 minutes on high heat
