Dry Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1cup pecans, chopped
Wet Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup oil
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
To Prepare
- Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix thoroughly
- Bake in greased loaf pans at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1½ hours
