Dry Ingredients

    • 3 cups flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 3 tsp cinnamon
    • 1cup pecans, chopped

Wet Ingredients

    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup oil
    • 3 tsp vanilla
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 cups zucchini, grated

To Prepare

    1. Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix thoroughly
    2. Bake in greased loaf pans at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1½ hours
