Ingredients

    • 8-10 long green peppers (like sonora or serrano), sliced in strips
    • ⅓ lb pork, sliced thinly (freeze if necessary for thin slicing)
    • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 2 T light soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • salt to taste
    • oil for stir-frying

To Prepare

    1. Add oil to the pan and heat on medium
    2. When oil is hot and garlic, then stir for 1 minute
    3. Add pork and stir until pork begins to change color
    4. Add peppers and quickly stir for 2 minutes
    5. Add salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then stir until peppers and meat are fully cooked
