Ingredients
- 8-10 long green peppers (like sonora or serrano), sliced in strips
- ⅓ lb pork, sliced thinly (freeze if necessary for thin slicing)
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 T light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- salt to taste
- oil for stir-frying
To Prepare
- Add oil to the pan and heat on medium
- When oil is hot and garlic, then stir for 1 minute
- Add pork and stir until pork begins to change color
- Add peppers and quickly stir for 2 minutes
- Add salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then stir until peppers and meat are fully cooked
