Banana Nut Complete Feast Muffins

Dry Ingredients

    • 1½ cups flour
    • ½ cup sugar
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • ½ cup pecans
    • sugar or cinnamon-sugar for topping

Wet Ingredients

    • 8 oz strawberry or banana yogurt
    • 1 egg
    • ¼ cup oil
    • ½ cup bananas

To Prepare

    1. Stir wet ingredients into dry (except for the topping)
    2. Pour into muffin pan
    3. Sprinkle with topping
    4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
