Banana Nut Complete Feast Muffins

Dry Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup pecans
- sugar or cinnamon-sugar for topping
Wet Ingredients
- 8 oz strawberry or banana yogurt
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ cup bananas
To Prepare
- Stir wet ingredients into dry (except for the topping)
- Pour into muffin pan
- Sprinkle with topping
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
