Cranberry Pomegranate Sauce

Ingredients

    • 12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries
    • 1 cup dried cranberries
    • 1 cup pomegranate juice
    • ⅓ cup mild-flavored molasses
    • 1 T finely shredded orange or lemon peel
    • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

To Prepare

    1. Mix all ingredients in a pot
    2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes (depending on desired consistency)
    3. Let cool and store in refrigerator
