Cranberry Pomegranate Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- ⅓ cup mild-flavored molasses
- 1 T finely shredded orange or lemon peel
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
To Prepare
- Mix all ingredients in a pot
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes (depending on desired consistency)
- Let cool and store in refrigerator
