Ingredients

    • 2 squares baker's chocolate
    • 2 cups sugar
    • ½ cup margarine
    • ⅔ cup evaporated milk (possibly thinned with a little water)
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla

To Prepare

    1. Mix chocolate, sugar, margarine, milk, and salt (not vanilla) in a saucepan
    2. Boil vigorously for 1-2 minutes
    3. Cool to lukewarm and add vanilla
    4. Place the saucepan in cold water and beat the mixture with a mixer until thick. Pour on cooled cake.
