Steamed Pork Buns

Ingredients

• Steamed Bun Dough
  • 300 grams ground pork
  • 300 grams bok choy
  • 4 T water
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • minced green onion
  • minced ginger
  • minced garlic

To Prepare

1. Blanch the bok choy briefly in boiling water, then remove and cool in cold water
2. Mince the bok choy finely, then strain and squeeze out all the water (try to make it as dry as possible)
3. Mix the greens with the other ingredients until well combined
4. Per the linked instructions, wrap the bun dough around the filling and steam
