Sweet Potato Casserole (Version 2)

Ingredients for the Filling

    • 3 cups (about 6 medium) sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    • ½ cup white sugar
    • 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla

Ingredients for the Topping

    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup flour
    • 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    • 1 cup chopped nuts

To Prepare

    1. Mix all the filling ingredients well and put in a greased baking dish
    2. Mix all the topping ingredients well and spread over filling
    3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
