4 full waffles
Ingredients
2 cups oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
¼ cup vegetable oil / melted butter
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp instant yeast
2 T granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
To Prepare
Heat milk until lukewarm to the touch, then blend together all ingredients. We use a hand blender, but a normal blender works, and absent that you can just whisk everything together in a mixing bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. If in a hurry, keep covered and place in an oven on the lowest temperature to proof for 1 hour.
Pour about ¾ cup of the batter per waffle on a preheated waffle iron.
To Serve
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, nutella, honey, maple syrup, etc.
