Dry Ingredients

    • 3 cups flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 3 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1¼ cups chopped pecans

Wet Ingredients

    • 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
    • 1¼ cups oil
    • 4 eggs

To Prepare

    1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately
    2. Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix thoroughly
    3. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour
