Dry Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1¼ cups chopped pecans
Wet Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1¼ cups oil
- 4 eggs
To Prepare
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately
- Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix thoroughly
- Bake in greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour
