Go for a walk down your street and answer the following questions
Can you read every number that you see?
Are the numbers getting bigger or smaller and by how much?
What do you notice about the numbers on the other side of the road?
What pattern(s) do you notice with the numbers?
What is your favourite number? What side of the street will that number be on?
Is there a starting point for the numbers? Where is this?
Sketch, create or build your own block or road of houses / apartments / buildings. Draw them on both sides of the street.
Show how you would number them.
What would you name your street?
Upload a picture of your street, clearly showing how you’ve numbered it, to your Class Dojo Portfolio.

Guess Who?
What am I learning?
*to put on a persona (act like someone else)
How can I make sure I am successful?
*I can show the characteristics of someone else
*I can identify and justify why someone was a good actor
Activity description/steps:
Gather your family. Create a place for someone to perform.
The first player comes up to perform. They need to decide which famous person they will act out.
Once they have decided, they start acting and talking as that person.
The rest of your family have 1 minute to decide who you are acting as. If they get it right, it is their turn. If they don’t get it, you get to play again.
Extras for early finishers:
Decide who was the best actor. Write to tell your teacher why they were the best actor.
