*to read for understanding

How can I make sure I am successful?

*read the story really carefully

This story has a mission: to shed light on the concept of algorithms, in particular the ways in which they influence our access to news…

If you don’t know what an algorithm is it is important you look that up before reading this story! Here is my understanding of the word..algorithms are systems that are learned by your online behaviours.

The system watches what you do, so that it can advertise what best suits your needs/interests you! You might be able to describe them better than I have here!
