Take a post-it note
Draw a two lines across the note that divide it in to thirds
In the top section you have just created, write one of the following:
-Memory & Nostalgia
-Isolation & Connection
-Identity & Belonging
Once you have written on your note, fold your paper in to a tiny paper aeroplane. Be careful not to tear it.
Wait for teacher's next instruction.
With the post-it note that you now have, you are going to write in the middle third.
Write one idea that you feel is related to the topic.
Example 1: For Memory and Nostalgia, I might write, "Early 2000s video games"
Example 2: For Identity & Belonging , I might write, "Found family from friends"
Once you have written on your note, scrunch up your piece of paper into a ball. Be careful not to tear it.
Wait for teacher's next instruction.
With the post-it note that you now have, you are going to write in the bottom third.
Write one subject / background that  could be photographed to portray the idea written in the middle third
Example 1: For Early 2000s video games, I might write "Subject - Nintendo, Background - 2000s style living room."
Example 2: For Found family from friends , I might write, "Subject - individual portraits of friends. Background - Places you like to spend time with them."
Let's collect all of the post-it notes and take a photo to be inserted below so that we all have some fresh ideas to help us with personal brainstorms for the assessment.
Go back to the assessment page and consider which of the three themes you'd like to explore in your own project.
