Why do it this way?
The digital portfolio will be a few small tasks that provide you with skills that will support you to complete the design campaign
With approximately half the course work due each term, end of semester overload and feeling overwhelmed should be reduced
By making the understanding task (theory) your project plan rather than an additional research analysis, it is linked directly to what you are creating so it will be engaging and purposeful
We will both be aware early Q4 if you are v grading so that you can be connected to support, have parents and guardians in the loop and take the opportunity to prevent this from happening.
Class Website
The class website can be accessed by clicking the 'i' on the top right of the Google classroom banner on the home page. The link will then be listed on the left, next to 'Subject.'

Content will be listed under five headings:
Housekeeping - stuff we must know for the class to run
Knowledge - stuff we must know to make good designs
Skills - stuff we will do to take make good designs
Understanding - stuff we should be able to explain about our designs
Extend - stuff students who are aiming for a high score should consider
On the class site, there are tabs related to our specific unit. On the top right, there is also a resources tab with pages that are generally helpful, like camera settings and APA referencing.
