Trochlear n

CN IV, the trochlear n. passes through the cavernous sinus and enters the orbit through the superior orbital fissure.  The trochlear n. supplies motor innervation to a single extra-ocular muscle, the superior oblique m.  Recall that the superior oblique m. passes through a cartilagenous pulley called the trochlea.
