Maxillary n

The maxillary n. (CN V2) is the middle branch of CN V, and passes out of the cranial cavity through the foramen rotundum.  It is a purely sensory branch, and provides general sensation from the maxillary (upper) teeth, the nasal cavity, the sinuses, part of the meninges, the palate, and the skin of the middle part of the face.
