Please note that following is just an example and you can change whatever you want as long as you can provide logical evaluation sheet to the student. You can creatively develop it. Eiken test org doesn't release detailed grading system so we need to be creative.
Pattern Analysis (following is just examples, please provide your own analysis)
In Q&A 1st question, it is always asked question on 4th picture
(asking emotions into characters)
(giving instances/options for the characters in the picture)
In Q&A 4th question, it is always asked question not strongly related to the picture but more like social issue related.
(twisting the topics to a more real setting)
(challenging and exciting topic base on the field of the student)
(giving the student her/his time to promote his own interests)
In Q&A sample answers, are stated roughly in 2-3 sentences. Speakers stance (Yes/No) and reasoning for that
In Q&A sample answers,

Narration (15 pts)
Student needs to describe each picture with 3 sentences.
(one main point and two for detailed description for enriching contents, only one main sentence description maximum 3 points.)

Student can describe,present,and link her/his ideas spontaneously base on the pictures shown
Student needs to create a possible short story(related experiences)for consistency
Student should be well prepared (in good condition/mood)in delivering his/her speech
Student must have minimal lapses in grammar
Student should have one main idea plus supporting details for the topic(healthy content)

Attitude (3 pts)
No intension to actively state one's opinion -1pts ( always answer short to hesitate to make mistake)
Bad Articulation/ Pronounciation -1pts(Serious problems in pronouciation which prevent understanding)
Bad Comprehension -1pts (Don't understand whate the student is asked)
Student should be optimistic-3 points
Student must have self-confidence while presenting the narration-3 points
Student should have the ability to lead the topic(feel the moment as much as possible)-3points
Student comprehension should be healthy-3 points
Proper Self-development(when it comes to personal matters)-3 points
This is general impression and usually student get 1 or 2, I think.
