A Sample Answer for narration

(Picture 1)

One evening, a restaurant owner was working at his restaurant. Suddenly, one of his customer called him over. The man complained that the people at the next table were taking photos and disturbing him and his wife while they were having dinner.

(Picture 2)

Later that night, after the owner had returned home, he read a newspaper article that said people's public manners were getting worse. It reminded him of what had happened earlier that evening.

(Picture 3)

The next week, the owner put up a sign that said no photos would be taken in his restaurant. That way, he hoped that his customers would be able to enjoy their dinner in a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

(Picture 4)

A few days later, however, the owner faced an unexpected problem at his restaurant. An elderly asked him to take a picture of them as it was their 40th wedding anniversary. The owner was not sure what he should do.

A Sample Answer for Question

No. 1 (If you are the restaurant owner in the fourth picture, what would you do?)

Even though I'd made the no-photos rule, I think I'd make an exception and take the customer's picture. After all, it's a very special occasion for them.

No. 2 (What do you think that some people these days choose to eat out rather than make meals at home?)

It probably has to do with how busy people are these days. Many people work until late, so they have little time or energy to prepare meals at home.

No. 3 (Should a system giving tips for good service be introduced in restaurants in Japan? )

Yes, giving tips is a good way to reward service that deserve recognition. it encourages people working in restaurants to work harder and look after their customers more.

No. 4 (Do you think that people today are too concerned with protecting their personal information?)

No. I've heard that some banks recently lost their customers' personal information. Such information could be used by criminals, so people are right to be concerned.
