One day, a woman was at home with her family.

picture1: One day a woman was at home, with her family. She was showing her husband help wanted ads. She told him that she found a good job where she could work at home while she looked after her baby boy. Her husband seemed to be happy to hear that and even encouraged her to do so.

picture2: The next week, she had an interview for the job at ABC inc. The interviewer asked her if she could start work right away if she got the job offer. She nodded and happily agreed.

picture3: A few weeks later, she was working with the pc and phone while her baby son was drawing something on the wall with his crayon. The room was very messy and she looked very upset.

picture4: That night, when her husband came home she was feeding her son saying that she didn't have time to make dinner for them except for the baby's food. It looked like all the house chores had not been done and he looked puzzled.

Q1: I would be thinking that she is having trouble keeping a job at home while looking after her baby and I need to do something to help her out.

Q2: Yes, I have heard that some of them let their children not only go to cram schools but also swimming, piano, ballet and many other lessons at once and that puts on their living expenses.

Q3: Yes, I think so. They used to say one company for a long time or likely to work until their retirement age but due to changes in the economic environment,employment has become unstable these days.

Q4: Yes, I do think the government has to do something more effective. This country needs to implement more concrete policies for measures against declining birthrate.
