Picture 1:

The woman owned the small hotel. But the cost of the hotel was increasing from 2011 to 2014. She looked worries. She thought this was not good for customers and also for the hotel and need to do something to change this condition. She thought of two options to reduce the cost.

At the staff meeting, she suggested two cost-cutting ideas. One was reducing part time staff and the other was lowering the advertising budget. Everyone agreed to reduce the number of part time staff.

Q4: Do you think that Japan should allow the building of casino-gambling resorts?

*Yes, I think so. Other countries already have casinos and already benefiting from the positive of economic impact that casinos bring. Also, this can also be a good recreation both for local citizens and people from other countries.
