One day, a couple was at a gas station. The husband was filling their car with a gas, and his wife was looking at the meter on the gas pump. She said to him that their car used a lot of gas.

The next day, the couple was at home. The wife was showing her husband an advertisement in the newspaper for a hybrid car and he looked interested.

The following weekend, the couple was test-driving a car like the one they had seen in the newspaper advertisement. The salesman told them the car was very fuel-efficient, and the couple looked pleased.

After the test drive, the couple was in the car dealer’s showroom. The salesman was showing them a leaflet about the car. The price was written on the leaflet, and the wife said to her husband that normal cars were cheaper than hybrids.
