4. Is enough being done to stop cyber-bullying in Japan?

I understand that there have been a lot of measures being taken to crack down cyber-bullying. However,

I don’t think enough is being done to put an end to cyber-bullying in Japan. Let me talk about this is detail.

Firstly, it is almost impossible to detect or find out cyber-bullying. This is because online conversations

happen among students themselves. Parents and teachers have no access to their gadgets.

For example, in my case, my son uses smartphone and communicates with his classmates and friends.

I can never know what they are talking about.

Secondly, it is impossible to stop something from spreading online. That means, when a picture is uploaded to the Internet,

it spreads like fire. It is uncontrollable. For instance, bullies upload embarrassing pictures of a victim that soon

reach the world viewer and becomes viral. The victim can no longer control the situation. Sad to say, this often ends up

in suicide.

That is why until now, Japan cannot stop cyber-bullying. I hope the governments, the schools, the families, and the societies

work hand in hand in tackling this issue. (183 words)
