Good Friday and, wonder of wonders, Jonah actually decided off his own bat to take the morning off work! He did leave poor Andy Lepage with a long list of jobs to do so that he could hit the ground running as soon as he got back this afternoon. We're just tying off the loose ends of the case now - well trying to! There are some things that it looks as if we'll never be 100% sure about.
Peter had his First Confession with Father Damien yesterday and he told him about Jane and her wedding. Whatever Father Damien said, it tipped the balance and forced Peter to make a decision. He emailed Jane and she replied with a photograph of her fiancé and his two daughters. We were quite flabbergasted when we saw them. Peter's at St Cyprian's with Father Damien now, showing them to him.
