There's been a bit of a break in the blog recently. We've been away, visiting Hannah in Leeds and then Jonah's sister, Sarah, came to stay fro a few days. Now that things have settled back into their normal routine, he's worrying at that acid-throwing incident in Liverpool again. He thinks we ought to go over to Bourne End (a sleepy little place in Buckinghamshire) and try to interview a student who had a set-to with one of the main suspects. I can't see the point myself, seeing as there's no obvious link between the two incidents apart from them being racially-motivated. to be honest, it's starting to look as if the culprits will never be brought to justice. There just isn't the evidence to convict and they know that all they have to do is to keep denying it.
