Boris has announced that the Lockdown will definitely end on 2nd December as planned, but he's vague about the new tiered restrictions that will come into force after that. He seems to be putting his faith an the rapid-turnaround test (which scientists say has a high false-negative rate, so is only really any good as a population screening test, not for checking that people don't have the virus) and the likelihood that the Pfizer vaccine will be approved for use by the end of the year. Oh! And apparently a curfew for pubs and hospitality venues will help - maybe the virus is nore infectious at night?!!
On a more hopeful note, Liverpool won 3-nil against Leicester yesterday and Everton got 3 away goals to beat Fulham 3-2.
