Do you ever feel like there is no purpose in life, nothing goes the right way, everything upsets you? Having a happy life is actually pretty simple. All you have to do is change your mindset. Today , I'm going to share with you a happiness remedy.
你是否覺得,有的時候人生沒有目標,看生活中的所有事情都不順眼,事事都不順心。其實要擁有快樂的生活很簡單,只要心念一轉,就可以找到自己要的幸福。今天就是要來交給大家一個快樂處方箋!
For the matter of facts, happiness is all around us, we just didn't notice. We didn't pay too much attention on these things. But, if we look closely, there are miracles everywhere. Everyday may not be a happy day, but there are something happy in everyday. So, the easiest way to make yourself happy is to track the happy little things.
其實幸福就在身邊,只是我們沒有去發覺它,沒有把它放在心上。但是只要我們仔細看看,身邊隨時都有奇跡發生,每天都有值得快樂的事,而不是一成不變的。所以,讓生活增加幸福感的方式很簡單,只要每天記下讓自己快樂的小事就好。
It doesn't matter how much you write, it could be 3, 5, or 10 things. All kinds of things, big or small, you had a nice dinner, wore a new clothes, someone treats you a cookie, there's a seat on the bus...etc. Anything that makes you cheerful counts. You could keep those in you notebook, or in you cellphone. It doesn't matter if you skip a day, but it is better if you keep it a daily basis.
數量不限,你可以只寫兩三個,也可以寫五個十個。任何大大小小的事都可以寫,可以是今天要吃大餐,今天穿新衣服,今天有人請吃餅乾,今天公車有位子坐… 等。任何事情,只要是讓自己開心的小確幸,都很值得記錄下來。可以寫在隨身的小筆記本裡面,也可以記在手機裡。如果有一天忘記也沒關係,不過當然每天寫會 更好囉!
This simple act can make you realize the beauty in life, not the pain in the neck. Keep a thankful heart, not thinking about others fault. Remember the happy memories, not the angry memories. You could be upset, but when you write the blessings down, you'll see how this day is actually pretty nice!
簡單的小動作可以讓自己看到身邊美好的事物,而不是不順眼的小事;可以讓我們保持感恩的心,而不是斤斤計較;可以讓我們不斷記憶回想快樂,而不是記恨憤怒。原本可能心情不太好,寫著寫著就會發現今天其實挺美好的呢!
Let the brain keeps remembering the good stuffs, you will keep the good memories. Keep writing down the beautiful things, the brain will be trained to view the world in a new prospective. From that day, you'll be used to look for happiness when you see the world. Did anything interesting happened today? Go on and write them down!
