Corbett, Atty

1921-1976

A son of Lord Rowallan, Thomas Anthony Corbett was born at Rowallan, Kilmarknock, on October 10. 1921

'Atty' Corbett was a very successful amateur before turning professional. His wins included the 1954 Mildmay Memorial on Domata and the 1953 Kim Muir on Crudwell.

He began training in 1959 and was killed at Newmarket in 1976 after being struck by a car whilst out with his string.
