1999 September
The Minute Book contains the minutes of a committee meeting on September the 20th, but no minutes of a General Metting held in the Golf View on September 22nd.
There had been a poor entry for the Sandy Gunn League, and rather than have teams play each other twice during the season it was decided that the top four teams at the end of the league competition would play a knock-out competition for a new "Millennium Trophy". This was a great idea, as in following seasons when there was a healthy league, interest was maintained right up to the final games as teams fought for a 'top four' place to qualify.
The committee stated that there was a need for a moe positive and determined approach to recruitment.
1999 December 5th - Committee Meeting
Arrangements were made fpr the Dinner & Court, February 4th 2000. The Millennium Trophy was passed to Stewart Baird who would make a wooden base for it in the shape of a curling stone.
