3rd January 1969. - Management Committee Meeting
President Jim Webster congratulated Eric F Brown, James Asher, Robert Mirtle and Gordon MacLean on winning the Allander Trophy for the second year in succession.
Final arrangements were made for the dinner on Friday 7th February.
30th January 1969 February - Management Committee
It was agreed to play the Town versus County match indoors on 7 rinks at Aviemore on March 3rd.
Ice would be booked be to play the Park Cup Indoors at Inverness Ice Rink.

21st March 1969 - Management Committee
RCCC Rink Championship - Congratulations were extended to J Asher,Skip, E F Brown, R T Mirtle and Gordon MacLean on winning the Aviemore/Inverness game before losing against A Torrance(Hamilton) 11-6 at Haymarket Ice Rink.
21st April 1969 - Annual General Meeting
President Jim Webster reported on attempts that had been made to get the Moray & Nairn Province properly constituted.
Curling had been busy with the new ice rink now open at Inverness, as well as at Aviemore. R T Mirtle had won the Sandy Gunn Shield, E F Brown the Park Cup, and J Asher the Annual Outing Trophy.
There had been only a few days of outdoor ice available depite the efforts of the ice-men.
Funds were £81:17/2 in the general account and £108:5/3 in the reserve account. £106.14.6 had been spent on the maintenance of the ponds.
The president and vice-presidents were re-elected. The Rev. John Taylor was Honorary Chaplain, and David Brown and Dr Douglas MacDonald Hon. Skips.
Entries for various competitions were decided, including 5 teams to play in three Moray Province Leagues. It was agreed to play all club competitions indoors where possible, except for the Points competition.
25th August 1969. - General Meeting
The president (J Webster) reported that the club-house had been painted, the grass cut and repairs carried out at the ponds.
The revised Moray & Nairn Province constitution had now been circulated to clubs.
The RCCC Highland no.5 group ( total 53 clubs) also had a new constitution which had been circulated.
Only 52 out of 80 sheets requested from Inverness ice rink had been allocated due to the demand for ice at popular times. However, in view of the entries received to date, it was likely the allocation would fill members' needs.
The resignations of two occasional members - Peter Pottie and R M Pottie - were intimated.
£10 to Moray Province to defray costs of the Canadian Tour of Scotland in January 1970, was approved, as was financial support of up to £15 for Junior Curlers.
1969 November 26th Management Committee
Preliminary arrangements were made for a dinner & court in the Royal Hotel on February 6th 1970. The price for the dinner had increased by 2/- to 16/-, and a bottle of whisky would be £3..
In view of the many indoor ice bookings being made, it was agreed that "club officials should not be held personally liable for any error made by them”, but that "skips are responsible for their rinks to be present at the appointed hour”.
