30th January. - Management Committee
R Paton and W Williams were thanked for their work on pond repairs. Eric Brown and Fred Knowles were thanked for snow clearing. The 1000watt lighting had met with approval. Thirteen initiates were to be put forward for the Court on the 15th February, and a late licence until 12.30am had been obtained.
3rd May - Management Committee
1000 watt bulbs were to be ordered for all the lights. The Nairnshire Curling Association were planning to revive the Moray Province, and a meeting was to be held in the Queens Hotel, Forres on May 10th. The President and Vice-president agreed to represent the Club. It was agreed to investigate the holding of matches at Donalds Ice Rink, Aberdeen, during the summer and to start planning for the Club's Jubilee Year.
17th May 1957. - Annual General Meeting (50th)
The membership totalled 90, comprising 80 regular, 6 occasional and 4 honorary members. Theoffice-bearers were all re-elected.
Sir William G Cumming had been elected Moray Province President, and he had made Loch of The Blairs available for province bonspiels. Peter Pottie received a vote of thanks for his efforts in reviving the Province. It was agreed that stones would be sent to Kays of Mauchline for polishing during the off-season. James McMorran was elected an Honorary Member.
Mr Walls paid tribute to the work done by David Brown who had done much to improve the amenities of the clubhouse out of his own pocket. A number of repairs were still required at the ponds, as well as replacement of the lighting poles. A motion to increase the subscriptions by 5/- to fund these did not get a two-thirds majority, so the matter was passed to the management committee. Permission was granted for the clubhouse to be used as a changing room for a demonstration game of shinty in the Farmers Field.
26th August 1957 - Special General Meeting
The meeting was called in order to:
To consider the financial position of the club (£49 in hand)
Consider necessary work to clubhouse and ponds.
How to meet the cost of 1. and 2. above.
Dr D MacDonald proposed the issue of debentures of £5 per member be issued with a guarantee to repay, and this was carried 21 to 6.
13th September 1957 - Management Committee
The legal position regarding the issue of debentures was discussed.
The toilet at the clubhouse had been replaced and the woodwork repaired. There was difficulty in obtaining suitable replacement poles for the ponds' lighting.
6th November 1957 - Highland Bonspiel

Only one debenture for £5 had been applied for, but there had been donations of £22. A sub-committee was formed to run the Dinner on 14th February in the Royal Hotel.
The Rev Alec Gemmel had left the area, an the Rev T Morrison was elected to membership.
David Brown had sourced old iron lamp standards from Aberdeen City Council and three had been shipped to Nairn. The club agreed to supply foundations and erect these.
W Nicol had added a list of past presidents to the winners boards in the clubhouse. The club had won the Dalzeil Trophy at the recent Highland Bonspiel at Perth. Mr Tulloch had donated a noticeboard for the clubhouse. 36 brush-heads had been bought at 4/11 ea plus carriage, and would be sold to members at 5/6 each. The Rev Morrison was to be appointed club chaplain as soon as he was a made curler.
Nairn had been drawn against Perth Ladies in a District Medal match.
