The Customer Is Inquiring If He/She Can Have Multiple Stops During His/Her Ride
This option is available now with LEVC at the moment until further notice, and should not be offered to the customer unless the customer insisted to book this type of ride. For scenarios please check the following
Scenario (1): I Want to Book
If the customer requests a multiple-stop ride, Offer the customer two options:
They can stop wherever they wish, with the fare being calculated dynamically based on the actual distance and time of the trip.
They can book a personal driver package for a more flexible and pre-defined service.
Note: If proceeding with the booking "Package" from your end, make sure to leave a comment with the stop points.

The customer was just inquiring about whether we have this option he/she didn't mention booking or ask you to book.

If you convince the customer to book an hourly package instead of having multiple stops, either from the app or you will do the booking from your end
Scenario (2): The customer didn't accept the alternatives
If the customer does not accept these offers, proceed with booking the multi-leg ride from your end, as this option is currently unavailable on the app.

The customer refused the option to book an hourly package or have the ride calculate the route and the stops dynamically
Scenario (3):The customer wants to add a stop point during an ongoing trip
Inform the customer that he can stop wherever he wish, with the fare being calculated dynamically based on the actual distance and time of the trip.

How To Book A multi-leg Ride
\The Option to have multiple stops exists only through booking with the Call center
The customer can have 5 points in total for his/her ride.
This means that there will be 3 stops between the pickup and the drop off points.
This option will only be available only for LEVC cars by following these steps.
The Option to have multiple stops does not exist when booking through the app or the website
Whenever booking a multi-stops ride, if the customer is booking for example 3 points ride meaning that there is only on stop in the middle between the pickup and drop-off, the dispatching will create 2 separate rides one from the pickup point to the stop in the middle and a one from the stop in the middle to the drop-off point
This will apply to any more stops that are added:
3 points / 1 stop in the middle = 2 rides
4 points / 2 stop in the middle = 3 rides
5 points / 3 stop in the middle = 4 rides
You can Identify these ride as you will find the below comments in the ride details:
The first ride - (01 - عدد (2) رحلات متصلة)
The second ride - (02 - نفس الكاب)
These rides will be deducted as two separate payment payments.
If one of either rides were cancelled the second one will be cancelled automatically
