If there is only one subject in a sentence, the second verb is in the infinitive, even if there is an expression of doubt, opinion, will (volonté), or emotion.
(If there are two subjects, the second verb is in the subjunctive, as we just saw).
TIP: You already know this and have been doing it all along! (J’aime parler français; Tu veux aller au musée…)
