Inside that room, you'll run into Bianca. Hey Bianca! She essentially says it's dangerous to go alone and wants to explore it along with you, so she'll tag along with you as you explore the main room here.

Turn on your Dowsing MCHN when you reach a stalagmite in the middle of the path. Check the stalagmite to find a hidden Green Shard. When the path turns and heads east, follow it. You'll reach a Pokémon Ranger wandering around. Move into her vision to make her challenge you that she'll give you a Persim Berry.

L38 Swoobat (Psychic & Flying)

He'll heal your Pokemon after the battle. Heading past the Doctor, down the steps and through the doorway won't lead anyway, so continue east. When you reach a path shooting off from the main path, leading north. Follow it around to find TM69, Rock Polish. Head back to the main path and continue east. You can avoid the Triple Battle with the Battle Girl if you want.

L37 Riolu (Fighting)

L37 Gurdurr (Fighting)

L37 Riolu (Fighting)

Continue east. When you reach path leading north, continue east. Follow it until you reach the stalagmite at the end. Check it to find a Star Piece! Head back to where the path led north and follow it. At its end is a Revive. Grab it, then backtrack all the way back to the start of this area, where the Black Belt was.

Take the path leading east from the entrance. Continue along until you reach a female Backpacker and a Hiker. Move in between them and they'll team up against you in a double battle.

L37 Excadrill (Ground & Steel)

Male:

L39 Vibrava (Ground & Dragon)

L39 Camerupt (Fire & Ground)

Female:

L39 Grumpig (Psychic)

L39 Drifblim (Ghost & Flying)

Move south past the female Ace Trainer, then take the path west. At the end of the path, find the hidden Calcium.

Move back to where the Ace Trainers are and continue east, down the stairs. You'll come upon a Scientist. He won't be looking for a fight though. But you'll get TM54 False Swipe after you're seeing all Pokémon in this area.

Take the path south from the Scientist. Keep going until you move up the stairs. You'll see a stalagmite coming out of the ground to your east. Check it for a Elixir.

Continue south until you reach the stairs at the end. Move down the stairs.

Check the stalagmite to your south to find a Water Gem. Move down the stairs and challenge the Pokemon Ranger here.

L38 Watchog (Normal)

L38 Grumpig (Psychic)

She'll give you a Persim Berry. Grab the Toxic Orb that the Pokemon Ranger was circling around, then leave downstairs and head back into upstairs. Backtrack all the way back to the Scientist and head east through the doorway.

Head south to the end of the area and move out the door into the air outside. Bianca will stop and talk with you before you do and will tell you that once you leave, you'll no longer be able to team up with her throughout the dungeon. You'll be asked if you really want to leave, if you choose 'Yes' she'll leave and you'll be free to head out.

Pokémon White2 Version:

Head over to the east and pick up the Hyper Potion, then go back and head south instead. Over there you'll be presented with two choices: head south or head east.

Heading east takes you over to a Battle Girl, who fights you in a Triple Battle.

L37 Riolu (Fighting)

L37 Gurdurr (Fighting)

L37 Riolu (Fighting)

There's a hidden Elixir just to the north of the Battle Girl, while south of her takes you to another branch. Heading east takes you to TM69, Rock Polish.Head back and then west, followed by north and you'll fight a Backpacker and a Hiker.

Hiker:

L37 Gurdurr (Fighting)

L37 Crustle (Bug & Rock)

Backpacker:

L37 Golbat (Poison & Flying)

L37 Swanna (Water & Flying)

If you keep going north, you'll wind up back at that first choice, so know you made the right path. Alright, now go south until you reach a bend. See how there's a shadow against the wall? It's actually the entrance to another part of the cave. Or you can keep going east.

Go inside that door and you'll reach a little room with a path going south and one going east.

You're notice 2 paths. To the south, you ccan find Smoke Ball and Escape Rope, while east path does nothing.

Alright, head back to where that bend was and head east instead. There's a Pokémon Ranger that he'll give you a Rawst Berry.

L38 Watchog (Normal)

L38 Grumpig (Psychic)

Keep going and Bianca will stop you, mentioning that you should really check out that cave thing. Before you do, though, fight the nearby Doctor.

L38 Swoobat (Psychic & Flying)

He'll heal your Pokemon after the battle.

Head down into the cave to the north and you'll find that it's pretty empty. Even Bianca will remark about it. Bianca will stop you and say something, then you'll be able to continue on.

Go back to the Doctor and then head east. You should find yet another path that branches. Head all the way east and you'll find a hidden Red Shard in one of the rocks. Head on back, but ignore the other path to the north you see for now; instead, take the one closest to the Doctor leading north.

Taking that path to the north leads you to a Black Belt, who fights you in a Rotation Battle.

L37 Gurdurrr (Fighting)

L37 Scraggy (Dark & Fighting)

L37 Scraggy (Dark & Fiighting)

Head north of him and you'll find some stairs leading down, although there's also a hidden Star Piece in the nearby rock.

Down the stairs is a Flame Orb, which can be handy for any Pokemon with the Guts ability, plus further north and then west is a Pokémon Ranger.

L38 Krokorok (Ground & Dark)

L38 Arcanine (Fire)

She'll give you a Rawst Berry. There's a hidden Fire Gem in the rock in the northwest corner, but other than that, there's all there is to do down the stairs.

Go back upstairs, head north quick and then swing a left to pick up a PP Up, then head back east and you'll have yet more branches. Heading to the east and south leads you to a Hiker and a Backpacker.

Hiker:

L37 Boldore (Rock)

L37 Excadrill (Ground & Steel)

Backpacker:

L37 Golbat (Poison & Flying)

L37 Darmanitan (Fire)

There's a Revive right by them. Heading south just takes you back to that one part earlier (around where you found the Red Shard), so go back up to where you were, but this time go north and fight the two Ace Trainers.

Male:

L39 Vibrava (Ground & Dragon)

L39 Camerupt (Fire & Ground)

Female:

L39 Grumpig (Psychic)

L39 Drifblim (Ghost & Flying)

To the left of the Ace Trainers is a path that leads over a bit with a hidden Calcium and a hidden Yellow Shard in the rock beneath it.

To the right of the Ace Trainers is another path that leads over to a Scientist, although he doesn't battle you; instead, he gives you TM54 (False Swipe), which is a useful TM if you like catching Pokemon, because it ensures you won't knock them out, keeping them at 1 HP left if they would be knocked out when you hit them with it. Just south of him is a Nugget, too, so be sure to pick that up.

Alright, keep going east and you'll find another cave door. Go inside of it, and then down some stairs. Just like that, you'll finally be at the end of Reversal Mountain! Bianca will stop and talk with you before you do and will tell you that once you leave, you'll no longer be able to team up with her throughout the dungeon. You'll be asked if you really want to leave, if you choose 'Yes' she'll leave and you'll be free to head out.
