C20-01: Twist Mountain

When you get up stairs, Cheren!

After defeated Cheren, it's Alder! He just watch the fight from up the cliff. then he jumps down. He gives you HM03, Surf! You can learn this move. Walk upstairs and you see Hiker Terrell.

C20-02: Striaton City

Go left and Surf across the first pond you come to. You might well come across a Basculin as you're surfing. Pretty fast with decent attack, but it doesn't evolve or anything. I suppose it can be useful, but it's not amazing by any means. Anyway, you can find a hidden Zinc on the other side by checking one of the spots in between the pond and the bush on the right.

C20-03: Route 3

Follow the route towards Nacrene City and get onto the bridge surrounded by water, then start Surfing. Directly across there is a small island with a Full Heal. You can also find a whole new part of the route to the left of this pond; there's a Max Ether to pick up, as well as a hidden Rare Candy on the upper part if you examine the patch of grass on the far right. There's also a Hp Up to pick up. There is Pokémon Breeder Galen.

C20-04: Driftveil City

If you go directly right of the Pokémon Center you'll descend to some land that is close to water. Surf straight right on it and you'll see an island. Get on it and pick up the Water Stone by this moving lighthouse.

C20-05: Route 6

Get onto the bridge and use Surf to pick up the TM84, Poison Jab located on the small island by here. Get back on the water, Surf onto the bridge just above, then take the path right and up. Once you get onto the next wooden bridge, Surf up until you reach a small island on the right. Pick up the Silk Scarf. You might see a cave entrance here, and it's a place we'll be visiting very shortly. Surf back left, and go left until you get to yet another bridge. Start Surfing up and go straight up, landing on the dark grass. Move around the rocks here by moving two tiles right and Surf straight across. Move either one step left or right and check the spot you preferably landed in for a hidden Tinymushroom. Examine the space three steps left of that one for a Big Mushroom. Get back on the water, and Surf straight across to a small island. There's another hidden Tinymushroom here, too.

C20-06: Wellspring Cave 1F

Let's revisit wellspring cave to visit the basement floor!

Surf to the west side of the cave to find an Elixir. Follow the path southeast to find an Escape Rope. Continue to the southeast corner to find some stairs leading to the basement.

C20-07: Wellspring Cave B1F

Use Flash to light up the room. Walk northeast to find a body of water. Surf across it to find TM47 Low Sweep in the southeast corner of the floor. Make your way back to the main path and continue north to find a Black Belt and two Battle Girls. They all move each time you press B.

First is Black Belt Edward.

Walk up the stairs to the north. Going west will lead you to a Dive Ball. Going east and down the stairs leads to a Mystic Water. Walk north to eventually find some water. Surf north to find a set of stairs with TM 52 Focus Blast waiting at the top. That is the end of Wellspring cave so make your way back outside.

Let's catch these Legendary trio!

C20-08: Mistralton Cave 1F

Keep heading over near the entrance to the Chargestone Cave, but when you get to the house where you can heal, head northeast, cutting through the dark grass. Surf across the water, then downstream until you reach the entrance to a cave. Enter it. TM70 Flash is required. Make sure you bring many of the Pokéballs! Catch rate is just 3!

From the entrance, use Flash and walk south to find a big boulder. Use Strength to push it right twice and down twice into the hole. Continue south up the stairs and east to find Hiker Hugh.

There are also hidden items. Huh? I just told you from now onwards hidden items want you to find yourself using Dowsing MCHN? You're forgot this. Continue east to push the next boulder into the hole and pass over it. Walk north up the stairs and battle Hiker Clarke.

L34 Boldore (Rock)

There is a Max Repel east of Hiker Clarke. Northwest of him is a Hyper Potion. The big boulder west of Hiker Clarke is a shortcut to the beginning of the cave. Take the stairs southwest of him to go to the second floor.

C20-09: Mistralton Cave 2F

Walk down the eastern stairs and south to the big boulder. There is a Ultra Ball hidden in the rock to the south. Push the boulder east into the hole. There is a Hyper Potion hidden in the rock southeast of the hole. Walk up the stairs to the north and east to the next set of stairs. Taking the south path will eventually lead you to a Hard Stone. Taking the north path leads to TM 80 Rock Slide. Head back to the big boulder and push it west into the hole. The next boulder west is just a shortcut back to the beginning of the floor, so head up the stairs to the third floor, also known as the Guidance Chamber.

C20-10: Guidance Chamber

West of the entrance to this floor is a Revive. Walk east to find an old man and listen to his story. There is a Dusk Stone north of the old man if you walk around the stairs. There is also a hidden Ultra Ball in the rock southeast of the Dusk Stone. Walk up the stairs the old man is standing on and go northwest down the two sets of stairs. There is a Rare Candy waiting for you and a Carbos hidden in the rock next to it. Push the boulder into the hole to the south and do the same to the second boulder while your at it. Walk up the stairs to the west and follow the path around to Cobalion.

L42 Cobalion (Steel & Fighting)

Helping Hand, Retaliate, Iron Head, Scared Sword

After you capture Cobalion, the old man will tell you that Terrakion and Virizion are waiting for you. That is the end of the cave.

C20-11: Rumination Field

Rumination field is in pinwheel forest. Go back to the part with the dark grass and take the steps up again. Keep going north and you'll find that the rocks blocking that other entrance have now disappeared! There is another trio, Virizion.

After you catch Virizion, you're all done!
