First walk through the doorway. To the north is water to surf. There is also Max Revive to northwest. Walk southeast until there is staircase.

Battle Ace Trainer Shanta near the stairs.

Walk southwest through the doorway. A Veteran explain to the Ace Trainer how to slide down the cliff. She is too scared. Walk to the east and slide down the cliff. Here is the screenshot:

Also, DO NOT try this in reality! And this is ULTRA DANGEROUS!

Walk east to another doorway. Walk around the first body of water and surf across the second water to find a Rare candy. Walk up the stairs on the west side of the room.

The doorway leads to the cliff back to 1F with the same lead. Skip this doorway. Walk up the stairs in the north.

You should battle Ace Trainer Dwayne in this room.

L45 Stoutland (Normal)

Walk through the doorway outside. If you walk to the east you will find an opening in the fence. Slide down the cliff here. TM 12 Taunt is waiting for you on the ledge below. Find your way back to the scared Ace Trainer. Enter the first doorway north of her and battle Veteran Tiffany inside.

Walk downstairs east of her is lead the beginning, push the boulder. Head back to Veteran Tiffany and walk north to staircase.

Walk outside and pick up Full Restore. Return to somewhere the Ace Trainer who is too scared to slide down the cliff. Enter the doorway which is the west than the middle doorway.

Walk upstairs to the east.

Battle Doctor Logan.

This is the last Doctor. He also heals Pokémon with a good choice. Walk up the small set of stairs west of the Doctor and follow the path around to the big boulder. The small rock directly west of the big boulder has a Revive hiding inside. Push the boulder into the hole and walk up the stairs on the east side of the room.

If you want a Calcium, walk through the doorway leading outside and walk down the west opening of the fence. Walk through the doorway leading inside to find the Calcium. Before hopping over the ledge, you can walk across the bridge outside and slide down the cliff for an Ultra Ball. This is honestly a waste of time for the item you get because of the backtracking needed to get back to where you were. Hop down the ledge near the Doctor, walk up the stairs again, and walk up the new set of stairs to the sixth floor.

Ace Trainer David is pacing back and fourth looking for a battle.

Walk south. The west doorway is Full Heal. Walk back to east doorway is 2 openings. Take the east opening.

Walk through the doorway. Keep walking up 2 sets of staircase until Veteran Martell.

L45 Gigalith (Rock)

Follow the path to walk upstairs.

Also, this floor is the end. Walk south to reach the exit to Pokémon League. Walk west to staircase first. If you push the boulder, there is a hole that you can catch Terrakion.

NOTE: You must catch Cobalion, otherwise, this is blocked by a small rock. So refer to Mistralton Cave 1F in Episode 20: When I obtain HM03 Surf.

L42 Terrakion (Rock & Fighting)

Helping Hand, Retaliate, Rock Slide, Sacred Sword.

Go back to the 7th floor and walk through the doorway leading outside. This is the top of Victory Road. If you don't want any more items and just want to go to the Pokemon League, walk north through this exit.

If you do want some more items, a Pokemon Ranger on this level says there is an item if you slide down the cliff. Slide down on the east side of him to find a Nugget. Walk through the doorway north of the Nugget and follow the path to find TM 02 Dragon Claw. This puts you back by Black Belt Tyrone. If you slide down the cliff on the west side of the Pokemon Ranger, you can find TM 93 Wild Charge. It is an Electric attack that deals recoil damage to the user. Make your way back to the top of Victory Road again and walk north to the Pokemon League.
