C10-01: Nimbasa City
Inside the city, go north to the intersection, then west towards the Pokémon Center. Heal up and such; while there, speak with the man next to the nurse's counter to receive a Red Shard.
Attempt to enter the building to the left of the Pokemon Center and a girl will come out and stand in the doorway. This building's the Battle Institute, but cannot be entered until for quite a while yet.
Move around so that you're behind the Pokemon Center. Now move down to the left side of it. You'll notice that your Dowsing MCHN is picking up a reading. Pick up the Thunderstone left next to the Pokemon Center.
Move north and enter the building to your left, the one at the end of the street. Go up the stairs onto the second floor. Talk to the old woman and if the first Pokemon in your party is happy enough, she'll give you a Soothe Bell. Exit this building and enter the one next door.
Go up to the second floor of this one and talk to the blue-haired guy. He'll give you a Sun Stone. Exit the building. Now go back to the Pokemon Center and take the path east.
There's the main character of the opposite gender. Speak with your partner and you'll be asked for your help; say "Yes" to begin a double battle.

Once you win, there will be some talking before Ingo and Emmet leave. Your partner will hand over the VS Recorder. You can use that to record online battles and such, so it's nice to have! The character will then enter Battle Subway, also known as Gear Station.
Move back to the Pokemon Center and take the path north, over the bridge. You'll see Big Stadium immediately north of you when you cross the bridge. You can enter the Stadium and battle trainers once per day but not during event hours (which vary from day to day). There are always at least three battles available and are usually against the sportspeople. The type of sportsperson that you're against depends on the day, and the level of their Pokemon is dependent on your badge count. Small Court, which is next to Big Stadium functions in the same way, but has different sports and different event hours. Check either of these sections by clicking on the link to them for information on which trainers you can battle on which day with your current badge count.
East of Big Stadium is the Musical Theater, where the player can partake in Pokemon Musicals. Enter it and you'll receive Prop Case.
There is a TM in here though. Walk to your right and talk to the lady along the back wall, next to the Vending Machines. She'll give you TM49 - Echoed Voice. Leave the building.
If you keep continue west, you'll go to Route 5, but wait! East to Route 16, but wait, too! Let's explore somemore, right? If you talk at the gate to Route 16, he'll give you a Macho Brace, so make sure you collect that off of him.
The only thing left to check out is the amusement park, which contains the Rondez-View Ferris Wheel, the Old Nimbasa City Gym and the new Nimbasa City Gym. Go and enter it (it's near the entrance to Nimbasa City). As soon as you enter, move south, off of the path. You'll find a Dropped Item. It's impossible to find the owner.
Though Move back onto the path and follow it east. Just past the Old Nimbasa City Gym are two Vending Machines. Next to them is a bin. Look in it to find a Revive. Follow the path along, past the Ferris Wheel.
When the path turns north, continue moving east, onto the grass. You'll see a giant Pokemon statue. To the right of it is an item. Move over and grab it to find that it's a Parlyz Heal. Now move back to the Ferris Wheel.
The Rondez-View Ferris Wheel is another daily event. Each day you can battle the trainer standing at the base of the ferris wheel once. The trainer you battle each day depends on gender and on what season it is.

To battle the trainer, talk to him or her and answer "Yes" when asked. The battle will commence. After defeating a trainer, you will take a ride on the Ferris Wheel with them. Afterwards you'll be free to go on your way! As a suggestion, I'd recommend first tackling Old Nimbasa City Gym, then taking on Route 5 and Route 16 before finally challenging the New Nimbasa City Gym. This will allow you to train up to a standard that's able to defeat Elesa, the gym leader. Let's first head to Old Nimbasa City Gym. Skip over the following section covering Anville Town if you've already explored it, or don't wish to.
C10-02: Anville Town
The only way to have gotten here is from the Battle Subway found in Nimbasa City. There's barely anything that you can do here, but there's still a couple of interesting things and a total of one item that you can grab! Head north-west from the train, up the steps. You'll be on a viewing platform overlooking a train on display, which trains from day to day. If you talk to the Worker on this platform and answer 'Yes' to his question, he will proceed to tell you about the train that's currently on display. It's all very interesting stuff.
Once you're done there, head east onto the grassy part with the three houses. Enter the south-eastern of the three houses and speak to the Depot Agent inside. He'll talk for a while then hand you a Rare Candy. Yay! Guess what? That's it! The only other thing you can really do is head back to the Depot Agent at the train, talk to him and answer "Yes" when asked if you want to head back to Battle Subway. You'll end up back at Gear Station. Feel free to do what you want from there!
C10-03: Old Nimbasa Gym
You must first enter the Old Nimbasa City Gym and defeat the trainers there. She's moved from her amusement park-themed gym to a new, model's runway-themed gym. The old gym is found west of the Ferris Wheel; the bright building next to the Vending Machines. Inside you'll see loveable Clyde. Feel free to talk to him, then get ready to traverse the gym.
The gym contains a number of rollercoasters. The dashed lines on the coaster tracks signal the path that the carriages will take, so use this to plan ahead. At the beginning, the red track leads nowhere, so jump onto the rollercoaster on the blue track. Jump off at the next stop. There's a Youngster here, but he's not looking for a battle. Instead, move past him and stand on the blue button to his north. This will change the path that the rollercoaster on the blue track will take. When it stops at your stop, jump back on.
You'll now be taken north. Jump off at the next stop, then follow the path around to the green button. Stand on it to press it. The green path will turn yellow. Now when the next carriage comes along, try and enter it. You'll battle Rich Boy Rolan.

Once defeated, Rolan will move out of your road. When the next rollercoaster comes, jump onto it. It will take you up and around the gym. When it stops, jump off. Go over and hit the purple switch to turn the purple track orange. When the next carriage comes, attempt to jump on. Oh no! Lady Colette jumped again!
L24 Flaaffy (Electric)
She'll move out of the road and allow you to jump onto the carriage. Do so. Ride it through the loop to the next stop. Jump off. You're at the end of the gym. Go over and talk to the Beauty. She'll give you a Parlyz Heal and tell you that you can now enter the New Nimbasa City Gym. It's time to leave. Move over and hit the red switch. The red track will turn pink and the track will be edited to allow the carriage to reach you. When the carriage comes, jump on and ride it back to the beginning of the gym. Leave the gym and head back to the Pokemon Center to heal your Pokemon. Now it's time to head to Route 5 and get some training in!

As you head out onto Route 5, Bianca will immediately halt you and shove HM02 into your item sack. Rude, yes; helpful, verily, for HM02 teaches Fly. Fly is a two-turn, 90-Power, Flying-type move; additionally, out of battle, it is the most useful HM in that it lets you Fly back to any visited town/city!
Answer 'Yes' or 'No' to her question. Either way, she'll drag you into the tall grass and eventually before some trees. She'll discover an entrance to a Hidden Grotto between the trees. Asking whether you want to enter or not, you'll be given two choices: 'Yes' or 'No'. Whichever you choose, she forces you inside. Typical Bianca. Anyway, you'll move into the Grotto and come upon a L20 Minccino! She'll leave you with the Pokemon. Move up to it and attempt to talk to it to initiate a battle. Then, exit this Grotto. Go near that Grotto, press A, then select YES to go in again.
Move west, following the path of tall grass. You'll come upon a man. Talk to him or move into his vision to initiate a battle with Artist Horton.
L25 Sigilyph (Psychic & Flying)

L24 Sunkern (Grass)
L24 Combee (Bug & flying)
Inside is a maid looking for food. You can earn money from her.
The woman just above the entrance is selling a total of five Pomeg Berry for $200. You can't buy them separately, and she only sells the five. Buy them if you want. Movve tto the very south, west between the fence to get Hyper Potion. That's everything in Route 5 that you can do before defeating Elesa. Leave the area and head back into Nimbasa City. Heal your Pokemon, then head into Route 16.
C10-05: Route 16
Wild Pokémon encounters same as Route 5
Move east and you'll meet Depot Agent Hank.
L25 Drilbur (Ground)

L25 Whirlipede (Bug & Poison)
You can go inside the gate to the Marvelous Bridge, although you won't actually be able to go onto the bridge. You can talk to the Roughneck in there for a free Fresh Water.

L24 Tranquill (Normal & Flying)
L24 Liepard (Dark)
He'll even rematch after you re-enter the area!!! From there, move over and grab the Ultra Ball in the tree hollow. Continue north, taking the path left of the hollow. There's a...... tree bump??? No! That's a Pokémon Ranger jumps up and scare you!
L26 Trubbish (Poison)
She gives you a Pecha Berry after you beat her.
Although a hidden item will show up on your Dowsing MCHN, it's actually on the top of the cliff to your right. You need both Surf and Waterfall before you can reach it, so don't worry about it at the moment. Continue on into the clearing. Move west to the bottom left corner of the clearing. A new hidden item will come up on your Dowsing MCHN. Use the MCHN to find it. You'll find that it's a Leaf Stone! Now talk to the Backpacker just to the north of that Leaf Stone. He'll say some stuff and then talk about Zoroark, asking you a question. Just answer Yes and he'll continue talking, then will give you TM95, Snarl. As he's walking away though, he'll turn back into Zoroark.
Move right, over to the patrolling Pokémon Ranger.
L26 Emolga (Electric & Flying)
She'll give you a Cheri Berry. Continue east to find a Net Ball on the eastern side of the clearing. That's all you can do here for now, besides trying to catch some wild Pokemon. Once you're done, fly back to Nimbasa City. It's time to hit up the New Nimbasa City Gym!
