So I give you walkthrough for Twist Mountain in Spring, Summer, Autumn.
Walk northeast to the doorway. Follow the walkway north to find a revive. Keep walking south and keep walking east and pass the doorway is Full Heal. Walk back to the new doorway and walk through. Follow the path to Hiker Darrell.

East of Worker Heath is Moon Stone. Go down stairs through the doorway. Walk south and there is Worker Rob hiding in the bottom-left dirt mound!

The dirt mound directly east is another Stardust. Walk through doorway to the west. Walk northeast is Max Potion. Keep walking and past through the next doorway and you see Ether. Walk back to the next doorway. The first path is Nugget. West of Nugget is a hidden Revive. Use the other path north to the northwest corner is Worker Cairn.

Walk to the door southwest. There is also vending machine(covered by snow in Winter). Walk east and there is doorway to the north, before you enter, first you walk south and to the west and enter the doorway. Keep walking until you find a doorway. You can also find TM91 Flash Cannon in the northeast corner. If you go through the Ice rock, what it says:
It's a rock covered with ice. Touching it could make you freeze.
Walk out and walk through the door northeast of the vending machines. Walk north to find Cheren and a Plasma Grunt near the exit. Another Plasma Grunt comes in and says they have found what they were looking for. After the Plasma Grunts leave, Cheren says he will stay at Twist Mountain to contemplate what he will do after he becomes powerful. Walk through the doorway to the east to enter Icirrus City.
Season Control
During winter, at this point, you have a lot more freedom to explore than during any other season. Snow covers most of the valley during the winter, although it leads you to just about everywhere you need to go — you can just get there quicker. You can still follow the wooden bridges and make sense of these directions fairly well, but there may be some differences in what I've written if you're playing during the winter seasons in the game. However, one nice thing about winter is that it gives you access to some places you couldn't previously access. I will list those here, starting at this point in the walkthrough, so try to return to where you were if you want to follow through the rest (or just skip it and explore on your own). Walk down the snowy slope directly to the north of the exit you just walked out of, and then enter the cave to your right. Inside, you will find the Metal Coat. There's also a Rare Candy hidden in the snow outside of the cave. Also, on the far north part of the mountain, against the snowy slope, hug the northern wall and head east and pick up the hidden Star Piece in the wall, then enter the entrance up there and there is also a hidden Iron right by the entrance and go down the stairs and enter the other room there, then head east to find Ace Trainer Jordan.

To the west of him is the valuable TM90, Substitute. From there, you can jump down the eastern ledge and you'll be near the exit of the mountain altogether, but you want to make sure you thoroughly explore all you can in the mountain.
