H) Using Items

1) Press X button and then tap on "BAG"

2) Here is it:

Use an item

1) Tap on an item you want to use. Select "USE"

Give an item

1) Tap on an item you want to give to Pokémon. Select "GIVE"

2) Tap on the Pokémon you want to give.

3) If you give an item to a Pokémon that holding an item, Select YES.

Toss an item

1) Tap on an unused item. Select "TRASH"

2) Use the arrows to change the quantity. Tap on the quantity box.

3) Select YES
