This just scares the user about your disk is deleted.

1) Open this:

2) Once you opened it, you see this message:

Because thers no "Cancel" or "No" button and the Close button is grey out, the only way to cancel it is close via Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then click end task on it.

3) Click the OK button. You see "Installing VIRUS Please Wait..." with a progress bar and then "Initializing VIRUS...".

4) After that, the screen becomes smaller and becomes:

5) This is recovered until you restart.
