The Destruction of a Church of Taliena

A Church to Taliena on the northeast coast of Tropica was recently destroyed by Malachive in the name of Chaos. Ruins are all that remains there, along with a symbol of chaos magically etched into the air, and beheaded statue of the Goddess. The news scroll is kept here in the Godswar section of the Library. - Lorekeeper Amberillo

Llwellyn: The Church of Light

Sat Jun 9 22:32:48 2012

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Greetings to thee,

Throughout the years and through the dedication of many, the Church of Light has

constructed temples to the Gods of Light on many continents. This missive

is for those who did not know of their location and would wish to visit them.

All who come in peace and good will are welcome.

On Althainia, from Market Square in the Althainia Kingdom travel three

leagues east, three north, five west, north then east. Thou wilt find a temple

dedicated to each of the Gods of Light.

Upon Arkane, travel all east through Arkane, five leagues beyond outside

the east gate, to the north thou wilt find a temple dedicated to Siccara.

Also on Arkane, go to the bind stone west of the city, travel three leagues

south then twice east. Thou wilt find a Haven and hospital for thy ills.

On Tropica, travel southwest from the port, then a league west and

then south again. Thou wilt find a Temple of Light dedicated to all

the Gods of Light as well as a hospital to cure thy illness and

heal thy wounds.

Upon Icewall, traveling from the port go all northwards until thee

reaches the temple dedicated to Nadrik, travel east and thou wilt find

the Sanctuary of the Light, a place of refuge and a hospital. One can

get most minor ailments and sicknesses cured such as suffers the wandering

traveller.

May the blessings of Siccara shine upon thee, may Her light heal

thee and grant thee comfort from thy pain,

Monsignor Llwellyn Skye

Chosen of Siccara

Priestess of the Church of Light

Datai: A Guide to Siccara's Temples

Wed Oct 19 22:09:05 2011

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Many years ago during the era of temple building, Siccara's faithful lead

the way ensuring that havens to rest and heal in body and spirit could be

easily found by the weary traveler. These structures still stand today,

and I offer this brief guide for the weary traveler or devout pilgrim that

you may find and enjoy these gifts.

Upon Arkania:

Haven of Light

In the forest west of Arkane and north of Balifore's ruins, this building

serves as both temple and hospital. From Arkania's public port, travel

west five miles to the bindstone. From there, travel south three miles,

and then east to the Haven.

Temple of Siccara

On the road east of the city of Arkane, this temple features a few books

of prayers and devotions. Feel free to keep a copy if you so wish, scribes

still restock the books regularly. This temple can be found 26 miles

(straight through the heart of Arkane city) from Arkania's public port, and

is on the north side of the road.

Upon Althainia:

The Church of Light

The Church of Light stands as the most ambitious building project of the

Annaid Aingeal. Situated within Althainia's city walls, north of Crown

Street, all six Gods of Good have temples dedicated to them here. From

Althainia's market square, travel three blocks west, three blocks north, two

blocks east, north into the gardens, and then east into the Church. The

Temple dedicated to Siccara is on the southwest side of the complex.

Upon Tropica:

Temple of Light

This temple to our Gods of Good also serves as a hospital in Siccara's

spirit. Travel south from Tropica's public port, two miles west, and then

south.

Siccara bless you on your travels,

Lady Datai d'Aggravaine, Songstress of Siccara
