People will question the source of the works within this library, so I think it is only fair to show the sources which I have used to support my position.
The staple document is the "History of Algoron" which lists the standard pre-historical document which stands in every major library on Algoron. A secondary resource by the mysterious 'Poster' was based off this document goes into more detail on each event, and identifies the history of Algoron up to the Second Cataclysm. This is an important work which sheds a great deal of light over early modern history where it can be confirmed that most of the content is authentic.
When I refer to "pre-history", then this is anything which falls within the remit of the "History of Algoron" which ends with the words, "And the first chapter of modern history begins". It is said that Algoron was little influenced by the interactions we have today which began in pre-history, which began in the modern age. There are known inconsistancies which cross the pre-history/history boundry from the times 'alpha' and 'beta'.
Whenever I refer to a work as 'divine doctrine' then I refer to the information which is held on Algoron for the use of anyone who wishes help on that subject. They are directed to information from the archives which can answer that question implicitly. Though some of the knowledge on skills and the like are questionable, that to do with the Gods is clear.
Some of the earlier works have been derived from "Dur-Veyannh Kharus-Hayl uth Tesalon Gareth" as translated by Lord Circe, as well as my own translations from the "Code of the Knighthood of Serpantol". Both works are believed to date back to the early pre-histories, but it should be stressed that the authenticity of these works cannot be guaranteed to come from Gareth himself.
There is much lore which has come from the Dragon Vale and the history which has been captured within, and information from the Temple of the Dracon and Shinalstin.
The library in Pan-toll has been a useful source, though some is not worth the paper it is written on. It supports the line of thinking which is in direct contradiction to the divine doctrine. The author is very angry with the inability of the Empire of Serpantol to protect Pan-toll from either dae'Tok or the Sons of Malice, ironic since they had been bred from the flotasm from the Eclipse.Much has been captured from the news, histories and changes to Algoron over the years. The Sunset Dawn as stated in those books is an unreliable work. Although it follows the general historical period closely it is widely regarded by the scholars of Algoron as a work of fiction and propoganda. The Angelfire Texts and the Kayen Texts provided much of the information on Shadow.Much has been gathered from the priests of the faiths of Algoron and finally, a great deal of what lies within has been gathered from the memories of old and aging knights.Sehvelarious Iolius, the Loremaster.
