Necrucifer had gathered some of his finest champions and entered Algoron.
His impatience for blood and battle had surpassed all agendas and plans.
Tonight, he only wanted to witness destruction and taste the blood of any
who opposed him.
Learning of the God of Darknesses plan, Austinian also gathered his heroes
and set out to Algoron to face them head on.
Both Gods called upon their mortal worshippers to assist in the battle.
Both were well received.
End the end, many mortals fell and only two servants of darkness surived to
see the death of Austinian's third champion.
The Shadow Knight Jazaren and the Crusader Cecille stood in victory, at
least they thought. Austinian himself confronted Necrucifer and slew his
champions in front of him.
Befores the Gods began thier battle, Necrucifer sent his remaining victors
away. All of Algoron could hear the thunderous noises rupturing throughout
the skies of Algoron.
While evil had won this battle, the war had just begun and good was not
backing down.

Let it be known that on this Day of Deception, sixteenth of the Month of
the Spring, did the champions of the Shadows strive forth in their unholy
might to deliver unto the feet of the heretics the true glory of the
Pantheon. Through trial and tribulation did those who understand the Truth
of our Divinity rise to meet the challenge before us, and cast down those
who would deny the majesty of the Darkness.
Let this serve as a reminder to all who dwell within the realm of
Enlightenment, that where one may be strong, the whole is unstoppable.
Praise be to the Pantheon. Praise be to the Shadows. In Their names shall
we find the bloody swath of terror and decimation set before the feet of the
unbelievers, until they have breathed their last.
You have done your nations, your clans, and the Pantheon proud, soldiers of
Darkness. May Their wisdom guide your deeds.
In His glory,

Janic: Battle within the Icy Skies

To: all ( Cecille Jazaran Turssh Necrucifer Austinian Imm Imms RP )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Champions of Darkness,
We fought this day, and estinguished the light. We proved our hearts to be
stronger then the light. We proved our might stronger as well.
The skies trembled, as the inhabitants of Algoron watch up at us in awe.
This was a great victory, the stakes unkown and unfathomable to us Mortal
Champions. We served well, and strong. We brought out the strenght in each
other.
The battle raged on long, our bones weary, but we continued to stand tall
and fight. There is no doubt that the favor of the gods was with us. Our
blades a little quicker, magicks stronger, and we were deeply blessed.
In the end, although our leader Tursh fell to Elina, Jazaran, Cecille, and
I, mounted on a moose, charged and gored it to death, though Jazaran's blade
found the final blow.
From there us four remaining champions gathered, and mustered our strength.
I struck Zangmar Rowntree with my pike I managed to strike several good
blows before I succumbed to its HORRID blasts of flame. The Shaman
reverted to it's original form, and struck several snakebites, before
finally falling as well, quite early within the final challenge.
Leaving our two remaining champions to face Zangmar Rowntree, a task to
accomplish that seemed impossible. Deathknight Jazaran Maltese, and
Champion Cecille Malus, fought on where their lessers had fallen.
Undeterred they slowly weakened the remaining Champion of Light. Weakened
blinded, the Angel. Slowly weakening it.
Slowly cornering it, retreating to stop the bleeding, only to return to
fight again. Once their victory was clear and only a matter of time, the
remaining Generals of Darkness, entered the fray, quickly making short work
of the remaining Champion of Light.
Our two champions, though they had every right to be tired and weary, stood
tall and strong. The exhillaration of victory, as well as Necrucifer's eyes
upon his champions gave them the strength and surety that they could if
needed, continue fighting an endless stream of the Light's Champions.
They stood ready.

Fatale is a God of immense power and strength. He is the Lord of Loss,
Father of Endings, Master of Death and Murder. Death is a powerful force,
for it is the only thing within our existence that is guaranteed and
certain, without question. All things that exist are sure to end at some
point unknown.
Make of your lives what you will; but know that by Fatale alone are
conclusions made and from conclusions alone do new beginnings spring. Your
time in the realms is limited and at His discretion, do not waste such upon
things that are temporary and the fleeting, or have no worth and purpose.
Instead, serve Him, wielding His gift of murder judiciously for His purpose.
Spread His message, be faithful to His cause and find enlightenment bestowed
upon you as your reward. Make it your life and He will see your efforts
rewarded.
If you do not serve Fatale, serve well His Father, His Siblings, and the
Dark Pantheon, that the Light may tremble before it and be awakened to their
hypocrisies and sniveling weaknesses. They will be culled, for Fatale
demands it.
Above all, know that no one gets out of this alive. Not even the immortal.
This is His authority, His command, and His promise. All praise to Fatale,
Lord of Death and Murder.
His will be done,

While Necrucifer and Austinian fought, the 3rd brother saw the potential
for a travesty of unbalance. Kwainin set force his champions and assist the
light. Mencious caught word and brought his forces and three champions to
the red moon where Siccara and her two champions joins Kwainin.
Algorons forces were gathered and the massive battle on the moon began.
Since the Gods may not perish to the hand of a mortal anywhere but Algoron,
it was the champions deaths that mattered.
In the end, the forces of Good assisted by the forces of Neutrality were
victorious.
Kwainin and Siccara continued to Icewall to end the battle of Austinian and
Necrucifer, only to find them both..... Gone.

Arasan: The battle of Champions
Tue Feb 8 10:04:11 2011
To: All ( Imm RP Austinian )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before I begin, I want to thank the Elves of Shalonesti and the Dwarves
of Thaxanos who reached beyond the battles of the field during the day to
unite under one banner in battle. It gladdens my heart to see that the
Vallens and the Mountain work together when there is a need to do so.
Yesterday, the Father called us to battle alongside the Champions of Light.
Many called to assemble, what few came are a testament to those who are
willing to stand for the Light despite the odds and stand firm against the
tide. Unfortunately our numbers were few and the tides of the Darkness was
overwhelming but we stayed with a valiant effort to remain strong despite
the fear that would take our hearts.
The Darkness won the day but not the battle. It is times like these where
the Darkness rises, where good men and good women have their backs to the
wall that true heroes arise. Men and women, mortal in nature but immortal
in spirit rise despite the darkness and to show that the Light still remains
despite the heavy blows of failure. Strength is not measured in strength of
arms, but in the soul. A soul that does not bow down despite the voices
that call it to fall, a soul that will endure despite the darkness.
We failed this day, and have failed before. But our strength is firm that
we remain standing despite the darkness that would consume our hearts. Our
failures will give us lessons to be learned. And it is clear ever so now,
that Unity must be forged. Many who have come to the sermons of Light know
that I continually preach this. Our battle yesterday is evident that the
lesson has yet to be learned.
We of the Light must forge together in Unity even more so now then ever
before. We have withstood storms, we have withstood defeat, and we still
remain here. Normal men and women made extraordinary despite the events
that would call us to buckle. When the darkness sees us, they will see the
Father. And Stand Tall.
Stand Tall.

Verminasians, allies, and those who dwell with darkness in their hearts,
All bear witness to the thundering battle erupting in the skies above
Algoron. The Guardian of Darkness himself does battle with Austinian the
betrayer and soon the skies will open raining the false god's blood upon us.
The forces of Evil stood strong before the assembled host of the enemy and
emerged victorious in battle. Though the Master's success against Austinian
is guaranteed, we will be ready to serve at His will.
We are his sword to cleave a bloody swath through the light and bring forth
ruination, destruction, and darkness in His name.

Wed Feb 9 03:34:22 2011

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Knights,
This last eve, while I was sitting in the altar room, to my surprise,
Siccara Herself appeared before me. She said that the minions of evil were
taking their fight to the red moon, and She asked for my aid in gathering
those who would fight there to ensure no harm came to our cause.
We were already in a large formation with the Wrath, Reginald Tiberius
Fistandilus, the swashbuckler, was the head of it, and agreed to help out in
gathering our faithful, allies, friends and anyone who deep down inside
really wants Good to win.
A great many answered the call, Wargar's warriors were among the first to
respond, and Shalonesti brought us more. The White Robes eagerly joined in,
and the Red Robes too: Kwainin had deemed our cause necessary, and besides,
He proabably didn't like the idea of Mencius sitting on His lawn, trashing
stuff in fits of rage.
The metallic wing sent us Seuyhin the Steel, and the charming pair of
Coppers: Seredath and Ehecatl.
Arkane sent us many this eve, as warriors of the balance are plenty there.
So also on the field was the Emperor of Ganth. Akwardly a Maurauder begged
to join our cause, and he proved himself well. Few were about the city of
Althainia, but the untrained fresh adventurer who was there, eagerly signed
up.
Of our own Knights on duty at this fateful hour: Lord Rithor Thorne, Sir
Branzol Snowdragon, Sir Aerahan Mamoritai, Sir Kuririn Haraldr, Page
Valdaris Artaeus, and myself took the field.
Battle was chaotic, for much we were blind and deaf and Reginald led with
very emotive hand signals. We stayed together for the most part, and that
simple tactic served us well. Carefully and paitently we picked off the
forces of Evil, and their Champions. We protected our own Champion in the
end, and finally, no more evil came to challange the survivors. The battle
was over, we had won.
Stay ready in these coming days, Knights, for whatever challanges remain in
our path.
Siccara bless,
Lady Datai d'Aggravaine, Lorekeeper of Knighthood
PS: We were pretty close to the White Moon, and it did not appear to be made
of cheese. The Red Moon was covered in red dust, and the battle field a
vast, plain, plane in the shape of a rectangle.

I would also extend my thanks to the Mountain and the Vallens once again
to their support last evening during the battle on the Red moon. As well as
the newcomers to the formation, namely the Conclave and Arkane and all
members of volunteers from the Neutral Pantheon. It is clear without your
assistance in this dire time that we would not have succeeded. It humbles
me that we as a whole put aside our issues in the day and when a divine
purpose arose that we banded together as a unified force.
To put it simply, Thank you.
As to the rest of the Light, I would like to personally commend Reginald for
his excellent service during the formation. We have won one battle in the
service of the Light. It is not the war nor have we won this trial. But it
is a first step forward. Even more so now, we need to build momentum in
these dark times. While congratulations should be given to those who have
come and fought, it is not the time for complacency. We have shown that
through our allies and our own forces that Unity once forged cannot be
broken. We worked past the individual to something greater then ourselves
united with friends and allies.
It is up to each one of us now to continue to foster this friendship, this
Unity or else we will break against the tide once more. It gladdens my
heart that we as the Light has taken the first step to a much greater Dawn.
But it is up to each of us now to remain focused, regardless of what happens
in furtherance of the Father and his Children. I am humbled by the effort,
and it is and always shall be an honor to serve the Light.

Allies,
We have failed. For it we must suffer the consequences and pay penance for
our hubris. Our host was great and powerful yet the enemy entered the
battle with greater preparation and coordination of their attacks. In the
end, we were outnumbered three to one, and still we brought their final
champion within a hair's breadth of death six times. In the end, we could
not contest their number in light of Siccara's powerful healing and
Kwainin's forces of the Balance. I make no excuses for our shortcomings,
yet we fought admirably and nearly achieved victory. Our strategy will be
adjusted accordingly to ensure a second stumble does not occur. The
Kingdoms are to build favor with the taskmasters in preparation of another
such melee. The enemy's use of teal potions should have been anticipated in
light of their desperation. Healing items such as wands, potions, herbs,
and the like will be stockpiled.
Above all, to win such a confrontation cooler heads and coordinated actions
must prevail. We bloodied the enemy fiercely and have retreated to regroup
and lick our wounds. Tonight we will take to the field once more and this
night the enemy will beg us to spare their worthless lives.
May the Dark Gods be merciful.

Recently the Light and Neutrality managed to band together and come up
with a victory against the Darkness, keeping them off of the red moon. Such
a victory is inspirational, and uplifting, but I assure that the Darkness is
not weeping over their loss. They are not in panic, lost as to how they
could have their momentum halted.
The Darkness is waiting for their next chance, waiting to put an end to our
short-lived victory so they can push us back further. I do not write these
words to discourage you, but rather to keep a realistic eye on our
situation.
The Light has long been complacent, with only a few of our most stalwart
defenders protecting the many. While ideally there would be no war, no
fighting, and no suffering, we must accept that the world we live in is
broken.
There exists, out there, whole armies and kingdoms of people who live to see
us suffer, who live to step on what they see as weakness, so that they might
feel better. Their gods demand that they "cleanse" this world to make way
for virtues such as death, virtues such as decay.
Nadrik is trapped by villains such as these. We cannot pretend that he is
safe, that he is secure. We cannot pretend that all is alright when it's
clear that the Darkness has had the upper hand. Your victory comes at a
crucial time and a crucial moment. Take strength in it, let it inspire you
to more, to continue so that we can eventually march on to the saving of the
Lord of Honor, one who has fought for the defense of the weak and the
innocents all of his life.
It is my understanding that, for the first time in awhile, the Light stood
with its allies and worked together as a fluid unit. I have been told that
they listened to someone lead them on the field of battle and followed
directions. Of this I am grateful, and hope it continues.
We must set aside our personal pride in order to protect one who needs our
help, and to defend everything we have ever known. A world of peace and
harmony won't build itself. We must suffer through blood, we must sweat and
fight back against the Darkness in order to achieve the contentment and
peace that we seek.
Remain inspired, keep strong, but do not let your celebrations or pride
allow you to stand too tall and cause you to forget our present situation.
I will continue to fight beside you as best I can, for Nadrik and for the
Light.

Knight's of Gareth's Keep,
This day we were called into service. To answer the summons of the Heavenly
Shakenja, Siccara of the Healing Hand. This we did, and discovered from her
the fight raged on, and none could be done to find the combatants. It was
asked we seek and collect a series of glowing crystal shards. With them
and, we later learned, the blood of a dark souled one, we could locate the
missing Austinian and Necrucifer. We sought them everywhere, and collected
more than our share. Later Talik of Shalonesti submitted himself to the
will of Zandreya to purge himself of evil, and his blood proved the key to
unlocking the secrets held within the shards.
The vision showed the Heavenly Emperor and the Dark Damiyo in fierce combat,
evenly matched and fiercely determined to see one another defeated or
destroyed. The vision was ended shortly before we could see the outcome, a
blast of awesome magic sweeping aside both the Eternal Gods. Another
figure, Raije, was glimpsed briefly at the very end, though what this
signifies is not wholly clear.

Brothers and Sisters in Darkness,
The Lord Mencius came unto us this night and commanded we search the entire
world for darkened shards of ice. The first to acquire fifty such shards
would be granted a vision of what has transpired.
Our forces divided, we scoured the Five Continents, Seas, and realms in
between.
Time passed, and we realized that all the shards we sought were upon
Althainia. Many were within places of the enemy - Shalonesti, Althainia
City, Ofcol, and so on. The time required to recall our forces and focus
upon Althainia cost us dearly. The enemy obtained their shards and, rumor
has it, was granted a vision.
We do not have the leisure to dwell upon our failing. Action is required.
Reach out to any who might be sympathetic to our cause, find what it is the
enemy discovered. The first to do so will be handsomely rewarded.

Raije appeared approaching the two. As suddenly as Raije appeared did
Necrucifer and Austinian both disintegrate into unmelting shards of ice,
only the Lord of War remaining.
It would appear that not even the Gods know the fates of Necrucifer and his

The Gods battle continues and Siccara, having learned that Raije captured
and held both Austinian and Necrucifer, also recognized the large upset in
the magical balance as her own powers to heal would occasionally fade out.
It was with alarm that that she went to Kwainin and Kwainin to Drakkara, for
once all awkward and silent as they weighed the significance of this
information in silence. It was decided, with some trepidation, that each
would send out their own messengers into the realm to deliver this
information on the mortals below. Keys were sent to the mortal realm that
would hold the power to unlock a magical portal though Champions of Raije,
in hearing this rumor, set out as well to capture the keys first. Armed
with this information, the mortals set forth while the Gods watched from
high above, their gazes continuing to shift from the flickering
constellations in the skies to the happenings far below. But it was only a
small sigh that could be found when the last of the keys were found and
placed into the messengers hands, knowing that the battle was far from done
and that tomorrow would bring on yet another battle.

Fellow Knight's of Gareth's Keep.
A storm arose tonight that covered the heavens, and when it parted, the
constellations of both the Heavenly Emperor and the Dark Damiyo had departed
the skies. Our forces mustered and travelled across the stars to see their
empty thrones, where messengers awaited to speak to both sides. After a
brief conflict, wherein the messengers threatened the fate of our patron
deities, both sides received their own messages.
We were instructed to recover keys. The first key was held by a guardian of
Raije in the Dark Ziggurat along the coast of Althainia. He was defeated
and the key claimed. The second temple was on icewall, to turpa, and a
similar guardian held two such keys. We claimed both before the Darkness
even arrived.
Afterwards, all keys gathered were merged into a single object, and with it,
a rip was torn in the fabric of reality itself. None could see within, but
it remained a window only, and would only open properly after some time had
passed. The messenger of the gods said to 'Meet back here, in one day's
time to test yourselves against the protection Raije has set forth, and free
your deities from His grasp. ' He was quick to add that if we cannot work
as one, meaning both sides of the war, there is a possibility both of them
shall perish.
Members of the troop included myself, Colonel D'Aggravaine, Colonel
Snowdragon, Knight Mamoritai, Knight Tygarst, Knight Draven, Knight Haraldr,

message with all possible seriousness. Cutting down a warlord, a dark

his offering of himself to accomplish what was needed to see the vision that

closer to the Earth Mother and I thank him for his courage to do so.
We have forged yet another success in our quest. However while
congratulations are offered to all who took part in our victory, the battle
is still not over. The Light in our Hearts has finally risen to shine once
more, each victory assists us in making our light brighter to meet the Dawn
that is coming. And while I offer thanks for all of the Light who have

build upon this as Mercerion has stated before.
We are on the verge of something greater, something that brings forth Heroes

My brethren,
The light has won the battle again, but a war still rages. It is a battle
within that we must not start. Now more then ever we need to be unified and
strong.
Lord Mencius currently heads these campaigns while the Lord Necrucifer
battles on. We must not continue to fail. Tonight I assume will be as
active as the rest, we MUST gather in force. We MUST be ready, and we MUST
conquer.
I will be here tonight to join in the Army of Darkness again, the question
is how many others will there be at my side? Stop with the excuses that you
are behind the walls of a Kingdom and know nothing of a sword or spells. If
you can hold a weapon or simply cast a spell you WILL be useful. You will
not hurt the battle by showing up and you will earn the recognition of your
countrymen.
By now we know that the light is not easily backing down and using all
resources available to them overtake us. We must come back with a strong
hand tonight and crush them, not only physically but by crushing their
spirits.
We know that the light and neutrality has gotten help from their deities.
We do not need such a crutch. We are here for their pleasure, not the other
way around. If the light needs their deities to truly fight their battles
for them against us mortals then they show the weakness of the light all too
well.
Stand strong darkness, we will be the victors of the war.

The passing days have been wrought with trials and tribulations for the
brethren of the Shadow. While some have been met with blinding success,
others have been marred with the unexpected failures that vanity and pride
are so frequently a party of. With the knowledge of the coming battle
however, such faults must be subsequently cast aside, for within the next
ordeal lies a matter not merely of wounded pride, but a collapse of the
Shadows Themselves.
Being told to gather within the galaxy of constellations, a small group of
messengers, heralds from the Divine, laid claim to the deplorable knowledge
that the God of War, Raije, had allowed the Father of the Pantheon His
moment of battle before stepping forth to somehow imprison the Lord of
Shadows, along with his wretched brother, Austinian. To set matters right
again, the messengers sent the realms on a quest to locate three keys to
open a portal, and prepare our troops for the coming struggle.
I am well aware of the hardships we have faced thus far. Your bodies have
been bruised, flesh torn, muscles ache, and yet despite these torments,
despite all the pains and afflictions that have been thrust into our
possession, still we strive onward. As one people, with a single goal,
shall we find ourselves pitted in combat with the God of War and His
creations, that we may rightfully restore the Father to His most holy of
thrones.
Gather your potions. Sharpen your blades. Polish your armor. Ensure that
reliable methods of communications are formed, that we may act cohesively,
and deliver the complete and terrible strength of the Darkness upon any
foolish enough to impede it. Prepare yourselves, brethren of the Shadows,
that the heretics of the Light and Balance may know what reprisal is to come
upon those foolish enough to dwell within Their domain. With your aid shall
we see once more the Father amongst the pinnacle of the realms, and on that
day, the Light shall know fear.
In the darkness of the Night, we hear the whisper of the Void. Heed the
whisper.

With the portal to the prison of Austinian and Necrucifer opened, the
other Gods were able to discern its source and weaknesses. Raije had
strengthened it with his own power, imbued into items he held dear and sent
for safekeeping to the more martial spots of Algoron. The sides of Light
and Dark had to use what small clues the Gods were willing to share to find
the seals, slay the guardians Raije had placed over them, and return to the
constellations
Good was the first to retrieve three seals, so they returned, thinking
Austinian would be freed. Unbeknownst to them, the Gods of Neutrality had
devised a lesson in the opening of the prisons. The Light holding more of
the seals meant that Necrucifer was the first to be freed, the choice of
Austinian's freedom left untouched. After only a moment's hesitation, the
combined strength of Necrucifer from without and Austinian from within freed
the God of Light from his prison.
The messenger then spoke of Justice and Revenge against Raije, to be
determined tomorrow....

Fellow Knight's of Gareth's Keep.
Raije indeed was responsible for all that had befallen our Gods, utilizing
seals scattered across various battlefields of Algoron to augment his
abilities and keep the divine triad trapped. Five seals in five
battlefields. The first was the minotaur-yinn conflict on Icewall, the
second the training grounds of the Marauders. The location of the third and
fourth is unknown to me, as the darkness gathered them, but the fifth and
final was the siege on Aversia. All seals were recovered successfully.
The seals merged to form a lock, floating before us, and burst open.
Darkness flew forth, and the constellations began to re-appear. Through the
Light's efforts, we had freed Necrucifer. And he in turn freed Austinian.
Both have returned to their respective places in the heavens.
Members of the troop included myself, Colonel D'Aggravaine, Knight
Mamoritai, Knight Midnite, and Knight Haraldr.
Numerous others from clans and kingdoms far and wide came to assist in the
matter, as well as many of the Metallic Wing, including Immersa, Ehecatl and

A dark pall has fallen over the red moon, shrouding it in shadow. And the
messenger declared we would seek revenge against Raije for his treachery. I
suggest we await official word from our returned divine lord.

Austinian paced back and forth, barking out orders to his messengers to
find Raije and to find him now! He did not know why Raije had done what he
did, but he was certainly going to pay for it. Necrucifer was doing much
the same, only Raije would be paying for it with his life.
Word quickly filtered to Kwainin and he knew that he must step in more than
he had so far in this war. The balance of the world was in great jeopardy
and if it was not brought into line once more, then the consequence of such
made him cringe. He called upon Zandreya and Cliath to send forth their
messengers to the mortal realm. Raije's followers and those who desired to
uphold the balance must be gathered and pleaded with to protect Raije and in
turn protect the balance.
Zandreya and Cliath agreed that there had been enough death and that this
must end, preferrably at their own hand. Word had filtered to them that
Austinian wished Raije captured and sealed away for his transgressions and
Necrucifer, he just sought Raije's death.
The messengers were sent out to the mortal realm and in the meantime Raije
had been located upon the moon's surface. The Gods themselves empowered the
messengers to open gateways to the moon's surface, where they would be
joined by the Guardians of those respective gods. They warned however that
if the guardians fell of any god then their protections would fall and only
then could they be killed by another god on that surface. Austinian focused
his army towards capturing Raije by weakening his defenses. Necrucifer
focused his upon the Raije's death. Those who fought for Raije and in turn
for that of balance, acted as protectors.
The battle was long and hard fought. The moon's surface littered with the
bodies of the fallen, as all sides fought valiantly for the other. In the
end however, Raije's guardians all fell, leaving him vulnerable to attack by
Austinian and Necrucifer both. Lightning bolts soared through the air
towards Raije, one intent on capture, the other intent on death. As the
bolts neared to strike Raije where he stood, a figure appeared and grabbed
Raije roughly and vanished from sight with him. The figure being none other
than Malachive himself.
Austinian and Necrucifer were both enraged and quickly left the moons
surface returning to where they were the strongest to think about what this
must mean and where they go from here.

Fellow Knight's of Gareth's Keep.
Again we were called into battle by the Heavenly Emperor, who instructed us
to defeat the champions of Raije, weaken him, and bring him to judgement for
his crimes. This was hampered by revenge being called by the Dark Damiyo,
and also the forces of Twilight that amassed on the red moon. A three way
battle was due to erupt in short order.
Anarchy erupted, a battle which I could barely follow, save in general
terms. To this I say, that those mortal forces of Twilight fell first to
combined efforts, then we set to defeat the Champions of Raije while
protecting our own. In this, we were betrayed by Necrucifer who directly
ordered his own to attack us. A free for all erupted until we cuold cut
down the last of Raije's champions (and more than a few of the dark
followers).
However, when vulnerable, the two elder gods struck Raije with divine
lightning to weaken him further. In this critical moment, a new player
entered the game. And Malachive stole away the Great Warlord to the beyond.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Gods had all made their case to the forces of Algoron and it was
agreed. They would march together against Chaos and by saving Raije's fate
to Malachive, they would save the Pantheon of Power that the creators of
Algoron had made. Raije had escaped back to the red moon following
Malachive's snatching of him. After a short appeal to join the Chaotic
army, Raije's temper got the better of him and the two squares off into
battle.
The forces of Algoron came through their portal to the red moon surface and
Malachive and Raije moved their battle away.
Malachive had littered the moon with dozens of 40 foot Chaos Giant to defeat
the forces themselves. The massive armies from Algoron lost to the Giant,
but upon rallying and regrouping by the main 3 Gods, there were able to
defeat the Giants. Meanwhile, evil turned against Good and all Chaos
invaded.
Malachive used this opportunity to try to and finish off Raije. The battle
between the two was spectacular. At some point they had grown their forms
to that the size of the mains and everyone from Algoron could watch the
battles.
At the height of battle, Malachive had a hold if Raije's heart but Raije
over powered Malachive and both of the Gods were thrust back to the moon,
cracking its very foundation.
Both gods were stunned and tired, but it was Raije who mustered the Strength
to strike the final blow towards Malachive.
Raije zapped Malachive with a red fiery ray that seems to peel the flesh
right off a Raije's [sic, Malachive's?] bones. A tip of Malachive's horn was lopped off and
send flying from the blast, but the rest of his bones were disintegrated
into dust.
While the other forces continue their battle, a kenders hands picked up the
tip of this blackened horn and happily put it into his pocket.

Greetings respected Colonel, Sentinel, and Generals,
This day I pen a missive to you on accord of Sentinel Nar'gyatt, whom has
instructed this missive be written for clarification and for future
knowledge. The accounts in this report are as best I can remember, however
if I miss something there is sufficient documentation which will be
forwarded after this missive is sent. Others whom were of leadership roles
within this assult include but not limited to, Priest Dawnstalker, and
Reginald Fistandilus, of the Wrath.
As you all may or may not be aware, there have been battles that have
changed, or impacted the world as we see it now. The battle accounts are
well recorded, for all whom wish to see. However, the final battle proved
to be something that none of us had expected at any point in our lives.
Gods of Neutrality, Evil, and Light, had agreed that the forces of their
folds shall fight as one to defeat Malachive's rather large group of rather
large fourty foot Chaos Giants.
The original formation was formed upon Reginald Fistandilus, which after
much debate included all paths of the world in this to be epic battle. A
portal was made to the red moon where battle was had in the previous days,
and this time we fought Chaos for once, as Algoron, and not simply ourselves
or our associated clans or kingdoms. The request for this was handed down
to the followers of Light, by Austinian himself. For all of Algoron to
fight alongside each other, or else Lord Raije would fall.
Suffice to say, this battle was even difficult for a formation that included
upwards of fifty mortals from various associations around the world. We
were quickly disorganized as the group leader had fallen. We reorganized
into smaller formations that once again were distinctly seperated by light
and darkness. We fell. At this stage I had to depart for prayer...

After returning from prayer. I had noticed that all Knight's on duty
were within the War Room, attending a meeting. So I entered this meeting.
Where I quickly found that there was reprimand for our taking place in that
eve's battle. This is fine. However, I also came to understand. That a
second portal to the Red Moon had opened for the mortals of algoron to once
again show their resolve, and finish this fight and save Raije, and also
protect Austinian.
The Knight's on duty were unable to enter this portal, and defend Algoron,
because of this untimely meeting. However General Thorne had said he had no
knowledge of such portal, so I had expressed my obvious distaste for taking
something of grave importance, placing it behind the regulation of this
keep. I do apologize for my hasty and disrespectful departure.
My standing is and would be the same. I took the Knight's whom deemed fit
to form upon me, and took them back to the Temple of Kwainin where we would
await and see if another portal would appear. Who am I to deny a follower
of Austinian the right to serve their god? Who is anyone to tell anyone not
to do the bidding of their God.
An example I would give. Is if Austinian had told us to do the same, and
Sicarra or any other god of the light had been in Raije's position. Would
we have allowed Sicarra to fall? How much of an injustice to the Gods would
it have been to allow such?
In conclusion. I stand by my actions, and I stand in front of those whom
entered this battle. For I led them there. I am a part of the light, and
these men followed my instruction. To do what was right, and allow these
devote followers of the light, the chance to serve their cause.

The Balanx's View of Hell Week
Below is the offical tale told in the Bards' Guild as revealed to us by the balanx some time after the fact.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Drakkara was in a foul mood. The temperate and dusky landscape that was
unmistakably her sanctuary has been disrupted with force and the somber,
still silence of her moon trembled as an angry yet familiar voice rang out
with thunderous impatience and rage. Necrucifer was here.
"The advantage is on our side and yet the mortals waste time! Austinian and
Kwainin can not be allowed any chance to rally their meek following and
formulate anything that would put my well placed plans to rest!"
Drakkara looked at her husband with growing irritation, letting him continue
with his infuriating tirade for several more minutes before finally cutting
him off mid-stride and snapping out. "Why dont you do something about it
then?"
Necrucifer stopped, his last statement left unfinished as a slow and
malicious grin spread across his features. "My dear, what a brilliant idea."
Pressing a firm kiss to his wifes lips, Necrucifer was already fading from
the moons surface to put his scheme into place as an exasperated Drakkara
was left wondering whose blood was going to spill next.
Necrucifer's champions gathered, an intimidating and domineering presence
before them as his need for blood and destruction was great and the time at
hand as he declared, was now. His voice rasped forward, forceful and
undeniable as he commanded them to Algoron for a merciless battle of the
heretical. Let the bloodletting begin
Rubbing his hands together with gleeful anticipation, his gazed looked to
the realm below for the first red wave of blood to flow. Your depraved
schemes will not happen this day, Brother. The soft words struck
Necrucifer, no louder than a whisper yet full of conviction as Austinian
materialized before him.
Necrucifer crossed his arms and looked upon the white clad figure with
annoyance, "You certainly know how to kill a mood."
Austinian motioned to the realm below, undeterred by his brothers foul
temper. "Your plans will be thwarted this day as my own champions move
forward to stop yours. The realm will know of your treachery." Austinian
disappeared before Necrucifer could offer his cryptic remark though there in
his solitude, the grin once more spreading across Necrucifer's lips and the
murmur of words that followed were audible only to himself.
"Is that so? I believe it only calls for a change of plans."
The mortal realm lay in unsuspecting naive of all the Gods were about to
unleash as the champions descended into the realm, both Austinian and
Necrucifers heroes making quick work of spreading word of the others intent.
Mortals, eager for the chance to defend their righteous cause and show the
errors of the others skewed perspective, furthered the rallying call upon
their allies as they grabbed for armor and weapons and set out to engage one
another in epic battle.
All the Gods looked to the realm below as the battle raged for long hours,
not a word spoken as both Necrucifer and Austinian Champions fought and lead
their respective followers with absolute conviction. Mortals on both sides
defended with unselfish resilience, another stepping in to take the place of
the fallen, pressing forward with determination and tenacity that was
undeterred by loss of life only striving to fulfill the purpose and intent
of their objective.
Moans of despair and the cries of the dying littered the air like the
battlefield was with bodies, the sweet smell of death permeating the cold
terrain as the ice run red with blood. The carnage was consuming, the Light
lay is destructive defeat, the last of the Champions falling to a blade
already made crimson by those previously slaughtered. Among the wispy
threads of steam, their features haggard from the strain and draining battle
and bloodshed that they fought and witnessed, stood two mortals. A Shadow
Knight, Jazaren Maltese and a Verminasian known as Cecille Malus stood apart
from Necrucifers own remaining Champions yet the triumphant reign of victory
was present all the same.
Necrucifer could not be more pleased, a shattering blow to the Lights forces
and their already weakened morale that, in his presumptuous state, could
only mean his total domination. But before he could truly gloat of the
Lights demise, Austinian came forth, advancing on the Necrucifers champions
and striking them dead. Like a tempest unleashed, Necrucifers fury knew no
bounds as the last champion fell, a black energy surging forth as his arms
stretched forward, knocking the two remaining mortals to safety before the
two brothers clashed together, locked in a thunderous battle that raged
throughout the skies high above Algoron.

Scorn: A Week of Hell (2)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kwainin turned to look at those that gathered to his side, their faces
reflecting the same disbelief at these recent turn of events as he knew his
own did, knowing too that action was needed and fast else the balance of
power be drastically upset. It was Raije that stepped forward first and
spoke out to fill the silence.
"I Will go."
Kwainin shook his head, the barest of smiles gracing his lips as he looked
to his son.
"No. The Balance is mine to preserve. I shall send out my own Champion to
even the odds."
Mencius, having caught word of Kwainins impending interference, decided to
move forward with all vengeance and swiftly moved in to cut off Kwainins
intent. His own Champion before him, he ordered a portal opened to the
barren wastelands while he commanded the armies of Darkness forward to
strike with deadly rage upon the red moon itself.
A cry of alarm sounded as Taliena too had heard word of all of it, knowing
that the Necrucifer and his sons would manipulate the odds in any way they
could to ensure that Necrucifer emerged victorious and at any cost, over her
husband. Feeling a gentle hand on her shoulder, she turned to look into the
eyes of Siccara who, in knowing her mothers dislike for battle as well as
the sheer amount of injury that would befall champions and mortals alike,
offered her support instead as she stepped forth to aid the fight.
Mencius's forces swept over the barren lands with lethal intent, cutting
through anything in their path unbeknownst to him that another portal lay
open with the Balance and the Light quickly pouring forth in their efforts
to squelch Mencius's deadly plot. The armies came together is a clamorous
roar of steel against steel, weapons quick to parry and slash while magical
energy flew between the opposing forces ready to delay, maim or destroy one
another.
Seething with rage, Mencius watched as the combined efforts of the Light and
Balance quickly overtook his own Champions and forces, finding defeat upon
the moon itself. His howl of outrage echoed across the moons surface as
vanished from sight, a violent storm of wind left in his wake. Kwainin and
Siccara, knowing it was only a matter of time before the remaining dark Gods
descended upon them, wasted no time in journeying to Icewall to end the
battle between Necrucifer and Austinian. But with their arrival, the only
thing that met there sight amidst all the snow and ice was a small lake
where the two had been locked in battle and the Gods themselves gone.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scorn: A Week of Hell (3)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The red moon hung low in the sky and cast an eerie glow across the icy
landscape below, the crystallized snow seeming to sparkle as the ground
itself was a wash of crimson. Even the rippling waters of the nearby lake
had taken on a fiery tinge after the smooth and frozen surface had exploded
as the two Gods slammed down upon it, icy shards filling the skies before
raining down upon Algoron.
Kwainin and Siccara stood wondering at the empty and vacant area, Austinian
and Necrucifer nowhere to be seen nor heard with only a humming energy
seeming to stem from the lake itself. Turning her head, Siccara looked at
Kwainin, her words coming forth slowly as if thinking as she spoke.
"The water here should be well frozen in this area of the world and yet, it
runs freely with only the slightest of hum to signify that magic precedes
us."
Kwainin nods, wisdom alighting in his own response that follows. "Ice rains
down upon the mortals and it is from this lake that the shards emerged. Let
us gather them to us and see if when bound together, they will channel the
energy to tell us what happened here and where my Brothers now are."
In a blink of an eye, both were gone as they again walked the mortal realm
to call forth any of those that would aid. With a wipe of his long and
pointed nose, a putrid hued goblin stepped forth from the shadows of a
nearby stand of snow-covered scrub, beady eyes taking a moment to comprehend
all he had heard before a shrewd dawning alighted in the black depths and
his voice was made known to his master.
Livid at the prospect of being out-maneuvered and out-manipulated on top of
the added sting and humiliation of his previous defeat, Mencius descended
upon the realm again in a whirlwind of rage, barely contained as he stood
before those gathered in the Temple with one message to them all.
"You will not fail me again."
Scurrying forth to scourge the realm for the shards, it was a mad dash to
find them all, small skirmishes breaking out as each vied for the most that
would give them the advantage over the other ethos.
The Light swept the realm with efficiency and was the first to proclaim
their victory and as the mortal stepped forward with only blackened shards
in hand, Siccara's heart sank and the taste of defeat was sour in her mouth.
As she shook her head and started to speak that these were not enough,
another mortal came forward and silently held out shards of brilliant white,
a sparkling contrast to the obscure ones that they had already obtained.
"The shards alone are not enough to see what has transpired. It will take
the act of a brave mortal soul in betraying their God for us to channel the
energy needed for this vision."
The weight of Siccara's words fell like crushing stone over the gathered
crowd, somber silence filling the air as each looked to one around for what
to do next. The quiet was not long lived as in one corner, a small
commotion sounded and the crowd slowly parted as a small elf pushed through.
A bladesinger, known as Talik, stood before them all and declared his
willingness to shed the darkness that thus far had surrounded his soul.
"I am an elf before all else. I have been on the fence for some time with
this decision before me. It is Zandreya that I will take into my heart."
A soft and gentle breeze stirred the air as a soothing energy filled the
room, bringing with it the smells of wildlife and petals, nectar and earth,
intoxicating the senses in its delivery. Slowly, the shards began to melt
and with it, the vision of Necrucifer and Austinian no longer locked in
battle but held captive by another, an unsuspecting horned figure cloaked in
red.
With a startled gasp and sense of urgency, Siccara dissipated from the realm
to convey all that was discovered.
In the Temple of Darkness, those gathered before Mencius again in failure.
Bidding Telthian to step forward with the shards in hand, his contempt and
malice spewed forth as he mocked them for failing not once but twice to the
false and the weak. Steam poured forth from the melting shards as black
oozed across Telthains hands, the acidic liquid striking the floor with a
loud hissssss. His repugnance well felt, Mencius swept from the room is
torrential fury of wind, lifting and hurling anything left unsecured as if
it were nothing more than cloth. Vengeance would be his.

Scorn: A Week of Hell (4)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the battles across the realm raged, Siccara, having learned that Raije
captured and held both Austinian and Necrucifer, also indirectly discovered
the significance of what impact it could have on them all as the magical
balance was off, the instability impacting her powers as they would
occasionally fade and flicker. It was with alarm that that she went to
Kwainin and Kwainin to Drakkara, for once all awkward and speechless as they
weighed the significance of this information in silence. It was decided,
with some trepidation, that each would send out their own messengers into
the realm to deliver this information on the mortals below.
Knowing the mortals would not willing work together, keys were sent to the
mortal realm, each with their own set to gather, that would harness enough
power to open the portal to Raije. Though the faithful of Raije heard rumor
of this plan and his Champions set out as well in an effort to capture the
keys first.
Armed with this information, the mortals were on another urgent race against
time to find the keys first so they might save Austinian or Necrucifer from
the hands of Raije, while the other Gods watched from high above, their
gazes shifting between the two constellations in the skies that continually
flickered in and out to the happenings far below. It was only a small sigh
that could finally be found when the last of the keys were discovered and
placed into the messengers hands, knowing that this battle was far from
done.

Scorn: A Week of Hell (5)

With keys in hand and the energy channeled to open a portal to the prison
where Austinian and Necrucifer were held, they found that the bounds that
held the two Gods had been strengthened by Raijes own hand and imbued into
items he held sacred, sending these down to the mortal realm for
safekeeping. With only small clues to guide them to the seals scattered
throughout the realm - a talisman, an orb, a small dagger as well as two
others, both supporters of Austinian and Necrucifer searched the realm over,
slaying the guardians that Raije had placed for protection of the seals.
Exhausted and weary, the toil and the intensity of the battles finally
catching up, the mortals that walked the Lighted path were the first to have
obtained the seals and returned to the constellations thinking that
Austinian would be freed. However, they did not count on the Gods of
Balance devising a teaching lesson for the ones ready to open the prison.
With three seals in hand, the Light could free a God yet it was Necrucifer
that was released as Austinian remaining imprisoned.
Dismayed but knowing that each held the others fate in their own hands, it
only took a moments hesitation before both sides came together, their
combined strength freeing Austinian from the binds that held him in his
prison. With both Gods free, they looked for the one that had brought them
to this pass, but Raije was no where to be found.

Scorn: A Week of Hell (6)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Taliena knew any words offered otherwise would fall onto deaf ears so she
remained in silent support of her husband, listening as Austinian paced back
and forth, his normally lowered and calming voice now slightly raised as he
barked out orders to his messengers.
"Raije must me found and found now! Scour the skies for him, search the
mortal realms. I want him to answer for what he has done!"
Necrucifer was ordering much of the same from his own minions, snapped and
snarled commands issued with no room for refusal.
"You will bring him to me. I dont care if he is dead or barely breathing
but I want him before me NOW!"
As both Austinian and Necrucifer issued their orders, word quickly spread to
Kwainin and he knew that he must step in more than he had so far in this
war. The balance of the world was in great jeopardy and if it was not
brought into line once more, then the consequence of such would be
detrimental.
"Zandreya and Cliath, send forth your messengers into the mortal realm and
gather Raijes followers and those that fight to uphold balance. Deliver the
message that they must work together to project Raije and the balance we
represent."
Zandreya and Cliath shared a look, both agreeing that there had been enough
death and destruction through all this, quickly dispatched their messengers
and bade them to convey that it was time to bring this war to an end and
preferably by their own hand if they desired to uphold the balance in the
realm..
In the meantime, Raije had been located upon the moon's surface and the
messengers were sent word to open gateways to the surface of the moon itself
where they would be joined by Guardians of those respective gods.
"Be warned that should the Guardians perish in battle, the one that it did
represent will be left vulnerable and at the hands of another God, could too
perish for eternity."
With the deadly seriousness of this battle before them, Austinian focused
his army towards capturing Raije by weakening his defenses. Necrucifer, not
wishing anything less than total defeat, focused his armies upon Raije's
death. For all those that fought for Raije and the cause and call for
neutrality, they would act as his protectors.
The battle raged long and arduous as all fought hard into the night. The
moon's surface became littered with the bloodied bodies of the fallen as all
sides fought valiantly. But in the end, the sheer numbers of those that
battled against Raije were too many to keep at bay and as the last of Raijes
guardians fell, Raije was left vulnerable to attack. Both Austinian and
Necrucifer sent a lightning bolt of energy hurling toward Raije, the
brilliant white streak intent only on capture, while the other, an inky
energized current was fully intent on death. As the bolts closed in to
strike Raije where he stood, a lone figure appeared before them all and
grabbed Raije roughly, taking him captive before they both vanished from
sight. Malachive had entered the fight.

Scorn: A Week of Hell (7)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thunderous storms raged, Icewall heated while Tropica grew cold and the
stars flickered wildly against their blanket of darkness as outrage echoed
through the skies at this latest affront. Immediate action was necessary
and the Gods quickly descended to the mortal realm to rally their faithful
and followings to them. The mortal cry of support shook the foundation of
the realm as they agreed to march together against Chaos to save Raije's fate
to Malachive and save the Pantheon of Power that the creators of Algoron had
made.
Raije had easily been able to make his temporary escape back to the red moon
but Malachive followed, words spoken against the others with both audacity
and conviction as he appealed to the other God to join the Chaotic army.
Though as each word dripped like bittered dregs from Malachives lips,
Raije's temper snapped, getting the better of him as he lunged for the
younger God and the two squared off in battle.
It was this scene that the forces of Algoron witnessed as they came through
the portal to barren wasteland of the red moons surface, and quickly they
too took up the cries of battle and moved forward to engage though it was
not to be as Malachive and Raije whisked their battle away and out of reach.
There was no time to wonder at the battle overhead as they found themselves
surrounded by dozens of Chaos giants, the forty foot mammoth beasts bearing
down on them with lethal intent. The two armies collided together in an all
out battle to the death. On and on the onslaught of swords and axes ringing
out against one another and slashing and hacking of sharpened steel against
vulnerable flesh sounded, the air mingled with scents of blood and carnage,
cries of tortured pain and screams for destruction.
One by one, dragons and mortals were picked off, the giants proving to be a
powerful enemy and even if one were to fall, another one fresh for the fight
was there to take its place. As the likelihood of their victory looked
grim, the Gods re-rallied their armies and came after the dwindling giant
numbers with ruthless force. With this new found energy, giants began to
topple and fall like overgrown trees as the axe makes its final cut.
Necrucifer had been watching the battle with a shrewd gaze and while he was
please with his armys tenacity, there was one figure that had stood apart, a
mortal amongst all mortals who had long served him well. It was into the
humans mind that Necrucifers voice now filled.
"There will be a time tonight if the moment is right, where I want you to
lead My faithful against Austinian."
The migraine was instant, a pressure unlike any other that overrode and
consumed his head completely. Both arms and legs fell weak as the nerves,
bones and muscles seemed to simply dissipate in the presence of his God and
had any been near enough to him to strike, the Shadow Knight would have
fallen dead and bleeding where he kneeled.
With all the strength that Reklah Kayen still possessed, his ragged and
pained whisper replied.
"I will do whatever You command, God."
And there, on the barren wasteland of the red moon, the tide turned as
Necrucifers forced began to viciously attack the unsuspecting Light and
Balance, showing no mercy in their brutal slaying.
Malachive, his fight against Raije far from over, used this opportunity to
try to and finish off the older Raije. The battle between the two was
spectacular and witnesses by the mortal realm as both forms grew large in
the skies, each one trying to overthrow the other and issue the final blow
of defeat. Far below, Algoron watched with eyes wide and disbelieving
horror as Malachive reached forward to grab hold of Raije's heart only for
Raije to over powered Malachive, sending them both hurtling through the
darkness of the night and slam against the surface of the red moon,
deafening the entire of Algoron as the moon cracked through its very
foundation.
By now, both gods were stunned and tired but neither would back down,
knowing too well the cost that would come at the hands of the victor. In
the end, it was Raije who mustered his Strength, shooting a fiery ray at
Malachive and striking true, one horn flying away from the blast while the
flesh seemed to peel from Malachives frame and his bones disintegrated to
dust.
As the ethos known as Darkness took this day and the mortal realm and
immortal skies begin to settle anew into its quiet and sometimes not so
quiet animosity against each other, there was a bittersweet victory for all
with the defeat of Malachive.
Far below, a kenders tiny hand closed around the tip of a blackened horn,
smiling at its reflection in the obsidian shine fore happily putting it into
his pocket.
