Harrod's and the Science Museum

We picked up our visas from the Mongolian Embassy today after being processed and they look very cool. This time, we took the tube almost directly to the location because I read the tube map a little more closely and found a station right near the embassy; you'll remember that last time, we had to walk for almost an hour before we finally arrived at the embassy.

Then it was off to the very cool Science Museum. Suffice to say, it was very cool there. They had everything from replicas of the moon landing modules and rockets to samples of genetically modified animals to a hanger full of jets and helicopters and even a replica of the Wright Bro's first flying machine.

Serena felt the need to go window shopping, so off to Harrod's we went. It's hard to explain what Harrod's is, except to say that it's like a bunch of department stores all stacked on top of each other...and all marketed to rich people. Their slogan is "The rare, the precious and the beautiful." If you add "and un-affordable" then that sums it up.

By this time, I was dying from all of the walking we did, we headed home. I've included a couple other random pics from the previous day(s), too. For all the people who want to see every single one of our 200 photos from London Day 10, here they are:

More posts to come soon, because we know we're waay behind. The past couple days have been busy busy, but we're taking Friday off so we'll be able to catch up on London Days 11 (Tower of London), 12 (Buckingham Palace and Great British Beer Festival) and 13 (@twitgigs London Concert) for anyone who's not following us on twitter.
